Yes but I think they affect also the maximum of some attributes. For instance a 3pt PG can't have 99 dunk.
I want to see if a Center has also different maximum attributes.

What type of shot release do you like?

Im using Monta Ellis' one, but it takes so long to shoot, I may need to change to something quickly, any suggestions?

Yup, he's right, i have an athletic pg and the max is 99

I had a 3pt Specialist PG who was 6'3" and I believe the max was either 90 or 95. I don't remember.

I can confirm that different play-styles limit the max attributes available.

My Raptors are solidifying the 12th seed. In the last 4 games (all losses) we kept within 9pts of the Bobcats (once at home and once in Charlotte) and Celtics (in TD Gardens) but the Heat blew us out.

One memorable sequence which happened in the 1st quarter - I got a lead pass from Lowery and slammed a dunk over Lebron James. I was like "take that Lebron" ... well he proceeded to make a fast break down the court, getting a lob pass from Wade and posterized me. The Nike jump meter replay even came on for that.

Put me in my place, he did.

Allow Offensive Rebound
Allow Man To Score

At what attrib score do I need to have the quickness to be able to block a shotand then turn around and grab the rebound and/or defend the shot??

And to top it off, I foul out with about 2:30 left in the game and we're down by 5. We proceed to lose the game by 16.

Yeah, happens a lot and AI can easily block and take their own rebound
OUr guy is always stuck in some weird sh!tty animation that makes him miss like 3 seconds of the play

Ahahaha that's just silly, I just played 36/36 minutes in a beating we took by the Knicks!
I'm not the star of the team, my game was not extraordinary, I was done by the end of the 2nd, but I played the 4 quarter!
How stupid is that!
And the game tells me I player 37! I guess I was so fresh that I just kept playing during half-time!

I don't know, I think they gave all the players a high 90's attribute so they probably won't get injured.



Anyone knows if this stat changes when you get older? I remember Michael Jordans stats changed in the 2K11 MyPlayer version of him so you had to keep adjusting things.

This type of event seems to happen when the momentum is against you. If the other team is on a run, or something like a steal occurred against my team, I tend to not contest the shot except by raising my arms. I don't leave my feet.

The statistical awards (assists, blocks, etc) seem to be off of real life to me. It seems that something that would be an assist in real life is not given credit in 2k and visa versa at times - same thing for every other recorded statistic kept during the game.

Can you actually get injure in this game ?

My player was injured a few times so far. The only reason I knew I was injured was because the commentators were talking about "how he must be in pain" and I paused the game and checked on the box score screen.

So far the injuries have been nothing more then ankle sprains; injuries do occur though.

After like a week break, i'm back into myCareer, still early in my 4th season but i'm liking it so far, I thought it would be worse without Aldridge but it's been pretty steady.

Anyhow, to anyone who's played for like 4+ years, when did Kobe retire for you? He's in his 20th year currently and on the Rumor mill he says he wants to play more, wow lol.

He better not turn out like a Brett Favre.

That game is so ****ed up.
Just after my 36/36 minutes game, I just played a 34/36 minutes.
I did the last 4 minutes with NO stamina. There was not even a blue point in the stamina gauge.
