Man, I hate to be a whiner but lord, I am really hating this game. Trying to play as a center and it is nearly impossible. I know I probably still need to "figure it out" but come on, whatever I am figuring out will have little to do with basketball and only have to do with the quirks of the game. Boxing out at the correct time, in the correct position does absolutely nothing. Either my guy decides to literally run away and box out out of bounds or opponent just jumps over him and catches the ball 3 feet above my head with one hand. How many times does that happen to 7' players exactly?

Probably my biggest issue with trying to play a big man is the overall movement, which is why I'm frustrated and not sure it's something to overcome. He just sort of makes random movements all over the place, I can't follow or stay between my man and the basket because any lane traffic or even just changes of direction will cause him to go wandering off and out of position long enough to get scored on or certainly to lose the rebound. I don't get it...

Go into make a thread when I get home for 2k to see all the BS in Myplayer. I have about 5 replays full of all the complaints I've seen that happened in game saved and I will upload them to youtue and make a thread.

It's funny. I play ONE GAME of Myplayer and see all these problems. Idk what kinda testing 2k does with their games

Yeah it's a little tough with the replay because it ruins my hope. At first I'm thinking "what the hell just happened there?" and the replay shows me that yes, my guy did, instead of boxing out, somehow moonwalk around behind the man he was supposed to be boxing out. Not sure how that's something I can fix through my play style or something...

Yarg, I wish I didn't like myplayer so much and could enjoy simming association like I used to tend to do...I'll have to give up I think though, it gives me stress headaches

This is a major problem in all gameplay modes: lack of control.

Yeah I did eventually... But I went through being a 6th men and starter about 6 times in 3 months.

I'm playing through 4th month without demotion so I think I'm good... Keep complaining to GM and I think it helps too

I don't get it ...I cracked the starting 5, put out 3 double double games with a few turnovers and good teamates grade

And after a win against the nuggets i'm back to being the 6th man



I should've seen it coming, the coach started to get mad at me and threaten me to send me back to the bench multiple times during the game even though my game was pretty much flawless aside for a average field goal %
(I'm a athletic pg drafted 10th pick by the hornets)

The teamate grade logic is beyond stupid and irrational aswell...

it's like they're waiting on me to fail


this game is really frustrating. MyPlayer barely gets foul called in the paint....i could go on and on...but yeah

Went from being 10th with 12 games remaining to 8th with 1 game remaining! (I'm on the Hornets btw) What a hard journey, can't wait for playoffs!

haha, i dropped to the magic and that was the worst. requested a trade out to the knicks only to have a fight with jason kidd over my starting role and the coach absolutely refused to start me. requested a trade and got sent to detroit. :|

started over and got drafted #10 to the hornets (interviewed for 6). hornets are actually really fun to play. we're 3-4 so far.

is it just me or is it really hard to get starting minutes?

I almost had my 1st no TO game. But in the 4th quarter, I had 3 TOs in 5 possessions.
I havent been able to complete a Alley OOP yet even though I have 92 Pass. I dont want to have to get the sig skill.


I am in my 2nd season with my PG on Warriors. I am just playing key games. I only have been playing MP, but I have been letting family play reg games alot and I have been getting their VC.

I got my my essential ratings up. I got a year and a half to get my mid range and ball security up. I am definitely leaving once my contract is up. I like the Warriors, but Curry is there. I also cant stand J.Jack. He just signed a extension. He cant make a shot and drives when he is open.

Im 6th man Center on the Trailblazers and I play on Allstar, I'm 70 OVR and I can consistently get 20 and 10 every game unless I'm up against D12 or really any Center with a rating of 85 and up, honestly it really is you MOST of the time when it comes to being out-rebounded but sometimes the game really does eff you over. What difficulty do you play on?
I ask because my teams (Portland) OVR rating is a 72 and we beat the Nuggets who has a team OVR of 85 a little too easy so I switched to Superstar for our game against the Timberwolves (OVR 80) and I get subbed in and not only are we already down by 13, right away it says "Bring team within 5 points" Cool but how the f**k do I do that when the cpu is shooting over 55% and were shooting 32%? This mode is unplayable as a center on higher difficulties above Allstar. Hopefully it won't be as broken when they patch in auto plays?
