Can somebody help me understand how I am a 2 time mvp, 2 time finals mvp, 2 time nba champion and 3 time all star since my 2014 season and I have the star icon when I play ....... But I'm still just a starter ....... Y doesn't my status say star ..... I play for the Detroit pistons got drafted there next best person to me is Greg Monroe and he is only an 87 but his status says star ...... In my social media bbox my I have 100 for team chemistry and fan support

I think you gotta get a 'star' contract. During the offseason (if its your 3rd year) you should get a list of contracts, if your rating is deserving and if the team can carry another star (2 per team) then signing that contract will make you a star. Don't resign during the year though or it will screw up the game and will ruin your whole career.

As far as I know and seen. There is none. You just have to wait til your 3rd season is over and contract is up. And pick a team. Usually the team you were on will be on the list.

I'd go for Eric Gordon - I've played with him for 2 years and he is top 10 in scoring and freethrows both years. He hits both drives and perimeter shots and you don't have to worry about his real life knees or attitude

I'd like to share with you what the Lakers have done in MyCareer, just so you don't feel to bad about your team. Here is their lineup:

PG - Chauncy Billups (age 38)
SG - Kobe Bryant (age 36)
SF - Dorell Wright (age 28)
PF - Pau Gasol (age 34)
C - Dwight Howard (age 28)
Bench:
Shannon Brown
Vince Carter
Kenyon Martin
Nazr Mohammed
Baron Davis
Kwame Brown

All this was done by the AI without my involvement (I'm on the Raptors)

Ill keep him in mind, i also need a late game player off the bench who will just shoot everything and help me pad my assists late in blowouts. In every game we play we win by 30+ and all the starters leave (except me) which means getting assists gets hard. I used to have Andrew Gouldelock for this but he got waived, i hope we somehow end up with Michael Redd or get Gouldelock back. Yeah, i know, Michael Redd... but in this game he shoots everything and doesn't miss. On my old Miami Heat myplayer i was getting Redd to score 25 per game playing 20 minutes off the bench, 25 its for him usually meant 10-12 assists for me. Does anyone know any player like that (shoot everything from anywhere).

99 Overall 6'0 athletic PG, 3rd season, planning on joining the Bulls in FA if they offer me a contract.

I would like to make starting backcourt duo with Rose. However, couple questions to fellow OS members who might've gone through a similar path:

1. If I join the Bulls, and starting, who will be shifted to SG? Me or D.Rose?

2. Is there a chance that I will be assigned as 6th man instead? Because if this is the case, then I'm not joining the bulls

Really hope to get some feedbacks from y'all before I make my decision

I decided to take off the Bruiser signature skill to see if it would make HOF/Simulation more challenging, and it actually was. I've been blowing teams out by at least 20 with Bruiser while scoring around 30PPG, but I had to score in the high 40's to barely win the last game I played without it.

I also have a PG (6"6', 185 lb, scoring) that was drafted to the Thunder. I played mostly SG the first year with Westbrook at PG. However, year 2 I was moved to the starting PG spot with Westbrook at SG, and have not had disgruntlement or rage reduced ratings. We did trade Durant to the Lakers for D Howard during year 1 (I was hoping they would trade Westbrook to open the PG spot for me, but that did not happen!). But we adjusted the offence and ever since the Thunder have been rolling.

Hi everyone.. After spending hours reading this thread in my job, decided to sign up and share my experiences.

My first my player was a beast. 6'2'' PG Scoring, he hits three, mid ranges from everywhere, and he was capable to dunk easily. Drafted to the Blazers, not sure the position. But as a Lakers fan, requested a trade (I don't like the Blazers, don't know why). Ended up in Miami, but it was becoming too easy, I was 5th in league leaders in points (26 ppg), and 1st in assists (11,3 apg). And I don't like the Heat too.

So created another one, a 6'2'' PG Scoring, but I'm not focusing on dunk this time. Steve Nash is one of my favorite players, so I'm following his steps. Did well in Showcase, and got interviewed by Bucks, Blazers, telling them I didn't want to play there, and finally by the Suns..

So I'm about to play my first game, hope to start soon, follow Nash steps, and eventually come to play in LA when Nash retires..

What actually happens in the off-season? At the end of my rookie season we went to the capitol to meet the president. It cycled through the pictures of the team with him endlessly. I finally clicked past it, and it asked if I wanted to leave the White House and I selected yes.

Afterwards it said Simulating offseason and suddenly a new season had begun. Trades were made, drafts took place, and I wasn't involved in any of it; wasn't asked by the GM for feedback or anything. Is that normal? Or was there more to see and do in the off-season that I missed out on?

I have PS3 but I'm going to assume its the same. Here goes.

1) to see players cards just press the right stick button on the player in a list. Like the box score, or your team roster.

2) there's really no clear way to see all the offseason moves. I usually just go through every team in the 'NBA.com' menu screen and read to see if they made any new acquisitions. But to really see everyone's new roster you really have to wait until everyone plays a game, and look at their 1st box score from the 'NBA.com' menu.

3) the only tweets you can see are the ones tht are there.

Despite EXTREME offensive rebounding cheese (played Golden State, Lakers, and Thunder) I have lead the Trailblazers to the finals against Miami (of course). More cheese to come lol. Hopefully we have enough firepower to beat those guys.

I'm a 99 PG, 6'7" 208lbs; All-Star Difficulty, 12 Min Quarters, 76ers.

actually played about 50 of my games during regular season (including every single Key Game); we finished the regular season 67-15.

my averages were something like 32 PPG, 4.5 RPG, 8.5 APG, 2.5 SPG & 1 BPG on + 50, 50, 80 percentages with around 3 TO per game.

I made my top 5 trade requests; ended up trading for Larry Sanders (he's a finisher & shot blocker); unfortunately the GM traded Dorell Wright who was my favorite teammate & 3 PT target.

Accomplishments: I won MVP, Rookie of the Year, DPOY, All-NBA 1st team, All-NBA Rookie 1st team, All-NBA Defensive 1st team, lead the league in scoring & steals.

14 rebounds
23 assists
12 steals
6 blocks
47 minutes played

Playing every game in the playoffs to the Championship. I swept ATL in the opening round of the playoffs & swept Chicago in the 2nd round (just played game 4 tonight, clinched it with 94 pts, 8 rebounds, 12 assists, 1 steal, 1 block); I'll be playing MIA in the East Finals now, they finished the regular season (69-13) and were my main rival, I'm gonna sweep them too.

Although I was the league leader in the points, i got too few rebounds and the amount of assists was not spectaculair so I understood why I didn't win the MVP award but nevertheless i was named MVP of the playoffs. But now in my third season, we are in january and again I am the league leader in points and this time also in assists and rebounds except for Howard (he has more rebounds per game). I have the most votes for the allstar game but i'm not even in the top 5 for the MVP race...how is this possible ????
