I'm on my third season with a 6'6 all around pg. Bombed the rookie showcase and got picked up by the rockets at like 17. Got bounced in 2nd round my first year and then won the title last year against the heat. Our team was freaking loaded:

Pg - cp3
Sg- me
Sf- harden
Pf- thomas robinson
C - asik
Bench- lin, parsons, aaron brooks, terrence jones, and royce white

Basically had 3 pg's on the court and 2 quality bigs who could grab lots of boards. This third season has been just too easy and im looking forward to moving on to a lesser team. in free agency. Can anyone who has been through it let me know how FA goes?

Also is there progressive fatigue in this mode because some games my player feels really quick and other games he feels slow and unresponsive. Thats the only thing i could think of to explain it

FA is basically you picking from a select number of teams that offer you a contract. You're able to see the rosters before you sign. Only thing about it is with contracts given in VC, I'm not entirely sure how it translates in terms of monetary value towards the team's cap.

As far as progressive fatigue, I've always thought that this was in the game because throughout the season, some of my attributes would take slight hits during the game. For instance, if I have 99 quickness, sometimes, if I look at my ratings while playing in a game, I would have like a 94 quickness despite not being injured.

I was drafted quite low down to the Celtics, strange really as they are my favourite team.

Started at 12-18 and I wasn't getting any game time because of Rondo but then the GM started to shake things up. Traded Rondo for DeMarcus Cousins and a month or so later we got Paul George.

We are now 32-27 after an awful start and now favourite for 2nd spot.

PG: Me
SG: Paul George
C: Demarcus Cousins
PF: Kevin Garnett
SF: Paul Pierce

The team's chemistry is insane right now. We dominated the Lakers on their own patch with KG, Pierce & George all throwing for 20+ points.

Was always under the impression it was just lagging or being glitchy but i guess there is progressive fatigue. Just played game 1 of the finals and my player went from 92 overall to 83 which was ridiculous. None of my teammates or opponents went down and both teams are coming off 6 game series. Hard enough winning on HOF without 2k doing this kind of stuff

I don't have many problems with this game, my team is on a 34 game winning streak, but i dont know what to do in the 4th quarter. I just finiashed playing the Raptors who have the worst record in the NBA. It kept giving me c- grades on all my shots in the 4th. I have a 99 3 point rating and my timing is green along with how open i am. Im not sure what the other thing is but that is always in the red the whole 4th quarter. My teamates also dont know how to play defence. I shut down my man all night and we still lose by 20 against toronto.

I mentioned awhile ago on this thread that I started a MyCareer as a Ben McLemore clone. Got drafted by the Thunder.

Well, it was INCREDIBLY easy with them. We were about 26-2 when I finally got bored rolling each team and requested a trade. I had the Timberwolves as my targeted destination because I wanted to help Kevin Love.

I got dealt there straight up for Rudy Gay.

Anyway, we're about 25 games out of first with 13 games left, but we're only about 6-7 out of the 8th spot in the west. It's possible we could make the playoffs, since we've gone on a nice 9-1 run in our last 10 games and are hot. We'd probably have a better overall record, but Kevin Love has been injured a majority of the season with various ailments so we've been struggling to score, outside of myself. He's finally back, and so our lineup right now is:

Rubio
McLemore
AK47
Love
Pekovic

We also dealt for Kirk Hinrich (I really hated playing with Ridnour), Andre Drummond and Danilo Gallinari, all 3 on my request. The only bad part is that the coach thinks playing 65 overall Greg Stiemsma is a good idea instead of awesome Drummond. In fact, Drummond doesn't even suit up most of the time for some reason. We're also screwed in the draft, as we dealt both of our picks away in those trades.

So, I'm just playing out the rest of the season with not much hope of making the playoffs. My main goal is to steal the ROY award from Lillard, but that's about it.

I'm averaging 22ppg, with 4 boards and 5 assists a game. I'm 2nd in ROY voting right now. I'm hoping next year we don't resign Pekovic and just start Drummond at Center. And if we do decide to keep Pekovic, I'm going to do my best to get Stiemsma off the roster.

I'm having fun though, despite being on a less than stellar team.

We finished the season 1 game out of the playoff hunt. No big deal really, but at least we finished strong. I didn't win ROY, lost to Lillard, but I did get put on the All-Rookie 1st team, which is cool. Finished with 22ppg, 4rpg and 5apg.

After the season I didn't even bother putting down 5 FAs for the GM to sign (since they never sign anyone anyway) and of course, they didn't sign anyone on their own either. That's fine by me though, because we didn't really need any of those guys anyway.

I only played 1 game of the 13-14 season last night, we won 109-107 against the Knicks and I hit the game winning jumper with 1.3 seconds left! The first game winner of my short career.

Our starting lineup is:

Love
Drummond

We didn't re-sign Pekovic in the off-season, which was perfectly fine with me. Now I can have my own little Lob City with Drummond.

If you get that Glitch where nobody gets injured for the whole season, Can it reset itself and everybody will start getting injured again or will I have to start a new Myplayer? I am in my 3rd year and in my second year the glitch happened. In my 3rd year I am 12 games in and nobody has gotten injured yet. I want to know if it will fix itself or will I have to start a new one?

If I do I guess ill make a scoring PG.

Yeah, I played the rookie and sophmore games but I never played in the All-star game itself.

He doesn't to be honest, he can continue playing his career and if he decides to reach his 7th season he'll start seeing injuries again lol

The hell with that lol. I dont want to see Kobe playing like 10 years playing all 82 games without getting injured after he turns 40 lol. Ill just start a new one and get him back to being a Star player. **** THAT GLITCH!

lol Kobe most of the time retires in your 4th-5th season in the league and even if you start another myPlayer the same no injuries will happen because it happen on my SF on game release date and my PG when I created him in December lol.

2 biggest gripes about this mode

1. My PG never gets to play PG. I guess because he's taller and a great defender he always gets put at SG or even SF despite him being better than the best PG on the roster

2. No matter what team i'm on the coach always wants to play small ball. There should be a way to request a starting lineup. I'm on the suns and the starting 5 are

PG - Dragic
SG - Me
SF - Melo
PF - Beasley
C - Stoudemire

Team plays ZERO defense and couldn't grab a rebound if their lives depended on it. Just wish they would put a Center in the C position and slide Stat to the 4.
