My Celtics signed Kobe playing the 3 with me at SG. Dude hits everything. I'm getting 6-7 assists on passes to him alone each game.

Anyone else have their shot quality meter go white during games? I went through a stretch where it was doing that and it seemed like I couldn't miss. I Was shooting over 75% during that stretch. After 4-5 games it went away and my shooting came back down to earth. Placebo effect, or was that some kind of hot streak implemented by the game?

What season are you in, 14-15? So after his 2 years with Lakers were up?

15-16. He must have re-upped for one year in 14-15 then hit free agency again the next season. I'm gonna assume it's his last season since he's signed on a one year deal.

Still in the first season and half way through after getting drafted by Portland Trail Blazers. Hit a bit of bad form losing the last 4 or 5 games now, including 2 games against Clippers and 1 against Thunder. Tough games granted but it does coincide with a trade the team have done.

They traded LaMarcus Aldridge and a 1st round draft pick for Kevin Love. Not bad on paper but I had a real good understanding with Aldridge. His jump shop was going really well and he's good in the post and around the basket too. We were doing great and he was my go to man when we needed points. He was averaging 24 points and 10 rebounds on 58% shooting.

Totally different now with Love, might need to change the way I play but early indications are he's rubbish in the Pick and Roll and just seems to reluctant to shoot. Hopefully I can sort it out and learn how he plays.

I got my 3pt rating to a point where I feel comfortable with it to stop. But, I dont think it will increase 3pt attempts. Just isnt a part of the way I play. At most, I might shoot 1-5(at most, but most likely 3) 3's a game. I am more of a break you down at the top of the key and drive and kick player. I dont even really shoot mid range shots like that either. The only really time I would shoot a 3pt or mid shot is when I get into a spot up situation, and that doesnt happen alot at all. I usually just run the best play. But, when it comes to my PG, I just call an Iso for me. I dont run PNR often. I wont do it often until we get a PF/C with the BrickWall skill.


When I 1st got to the Pacers, I thought our depth was good. But, I am starting to realize our weaknesses. We only have 1 backup SG/SF and that is a 38 year old Tayshaun Prince. So, we usually have either Billups or Devin Harris at SG at times. I like our Centers(Hibbert and Varejao). We have 4 PFs(Boozer, Taj Gibson, Jordan Williams, and Verne(cap pf)). I would happy if we trade Harris, Gibson, and Verne for 2 backup wing players. Mainly because Harris and Billups are 6th & 7th in rotation and Varejao is 12th. So when Granger, George and Hibbert are out, we have a 3 PFs(all under 6'9) and 2 PGs on the court.

Made a 6'6 PF last night. Originally, I was just doing this for the ****, but after putting on an impressive performance in the Showcase (was interviewed by teams in the 5-7 draft pick range), I decided to stick with it. What makes this even more sweet is that after bombing all the interviews (wasn't interested in Golden State, Portland, or Sacramento), I fell in the draft board all the way down to....the Miami Heat. LOL. Bosh is a 5 this year so that's a non-issue. We're winning games, and I'm playing a realistic role as the cleanup guy on this team. Life is good right now.

First season, drafted 8th by Toronto, a 6'6 PG. Start getting really good just before ASW. Dropping 30-40 pt games. Participate in Dunk Contest, do horribly, (that thing is hard). 2k13 being 2k13, it sims through the rest of the season. We're seventh seed facing Chicago. Down 3-1, win game 5 and 6, put up beast numbers against Rip Hamilton, but we lose a close game 7, I drop like 49 and 11 as a shooting guard (Kyle Lowry is starting as PG only because he's shorter. He only does good when I Sim games. He is ATROCIOUS.) Throw teammates I hate under the bus, like Lowry and Fields (He's way worse than he was in 2010-11, don't know why they'd sign him to a 40mil contract). Now 30 games into my 2nd season, my suggestions to GM go thru, and they trade DeMar Derozan for Klay Thompson, and we get Josh Smith for Kyle Lowry and Ed Davis. Starting Lineup: PG - Me, SG - Klay Thompson, SF - Landry Fields, PF - Josh Smith, C - Andrea Bargnani. Bench - John Lucas, Kleiza, Terrence Ross, Amir Johnson, some other auto generated rookie. Feels Good, we're 26-19 facing Orlando next, first chance to play with J Smoove...

Load him up, just so he's the most recently loaded. That's all I can tell you, but seems you already know that. Don't know anything else you can do.

If you have more than 3 MyCAREERS he might not work remember.

How do i have more than one my player without deleting my first my player?

The spurs just picked up the team option after my second season. I talked to gm to discuss a long term contract and he offered me 800vc per year. What is everybody else getting in negotiations? At this point I'll probably wait for fa.

Edit: also, ronnie2k just tweeted that playvision will be fixed in upcoming patch. Didn't give date.

I finished my season and the GM asked me to pick players to help the team next yr and they did not go after any of them, and I did not pick the top rated players that were free agents. This is the same thing from 2k11 when we pick 5 players and the CPU never does what you ask, why have this if they never pick at least one of them.please fix in the patch 2K.

Alright, I've made a few posts about my annoyances. I'll recap my first player and my first season from memory so I apologize if I'm not as detailed as possible.

First player I started was a 6'6 PG. I used to play like this on 2k12 because I wanted to be a Jordan-esque dunker with Magic Johnson passing and had a blast dominating smaller PG's in last year's game because the teammate AI was so terrible.

Anyways, was drafted 20th by the Nuggets, I can't stand Denver (the actual city, not just the team... lol) so I got traded to the Knicks. After playing like 3-4 games and getting like 31 minutes only to put up a triple double and LOSE 4 minutes because I had a bad play at the end of the game I lost my sh*t and got traded to the Mavs so I could start over Darren Collison and play for my actual real life favorite team. But I kept getting the same thing, I could put up 20+ points and have like 10 assists and I would have a few bad plays down the stretch to try and win the game and coach would bench me and I would lose minutes.

So I kept trying and finally got the starting job in February, a few weeks before the rookie game.

I played a few games as the starter and was doing well, got invited to the Rising Stars game and dominated.

After this, I was on the bench AGAIN. Anyone else experience this? I remember last year in 2k12 it ALWAYS benched you after the all-star game. Anyways... I got so frustrated I threw my controller at the wall and broke it, so I had to buy a new controller. Couple days later I came back and finally got my starting job back after like 6 games. All the while I'm averaging probably an A- teammate grade and a double double. I went on a 5 game losing streak (On All-star) and decided that I would simulate to the end of the season to start the playoffs because we were the 6th seed and had like a 4-5 game lead on the 8th seed with like 9-10 games left to go. After simulating till the last 2 games I had a key game against the Grizzlies for a "playoff positioning" or whatever and I was the 10th seed. So I thought "hey, if I win, i get in." So I played my second to last game and simmed the other one. The fact that I missed the playoffs wasn't what irritated me beyond belief. It was the fact that I got snubbed for ROTY and 6th Man because I didn't play a few games down the stretch, so I probably missed out on a good decent portion of SP (I'm playing offline right now cuz my internet is cut off) and I missed the playoffs AS WELL.

So I started over as a 6'1 PG and got drafted by the BLAZERS. Oh yeah...

Played 1 game, had 15 points and like 3 assists. So I simulated till my next key game to ask for a trade. I asked to be traded to the Knicks, Magic, or Lakers(I don't care, I'll sell out to win games till I can get my PS3 online and actually be able to upgrade my character at a decent rate.) Got traded to the Magic and had a 14 pt, 3 reb, 9 ast, and 7 TO game in my first game with the Magic.

I think I might stay with the Magic if I can stand losing because at least I'll be the core franchise player instead of any other team that I could go to. Maybe get a trade for a Josh Smith or a Javale McGee, someone I can oop the ball to.

I dunno... I hate playing online cuz my dude sucks so bad and it's almost impossible to get your dude rated any semi-decently because they give you dookie for SP like they do VC.

Any word on when the new patch comes out? I can tether my phone so I can get the patch, I just can't sign into playstation network so I'm going to have to wait till my internet comes back on to get the new rosters.

the Gm asked me who to trade for during mid season and i got STAT to come to new orleans.. finally got rid of gordan!!!
