So JR Smith and Carmelo Anthony should get boosts but the guy that that knocked them out of the playoffs shouldn't?

2K should definitely give some affection to the Pacers starting 5. They took Miami to a Game 7 in the ECF and it wasn't like their bench depth got them there.

um last i recalled hibbert was a 79 therefore its a boost of 2. Also i said jr should be the same. he is a 82 now. and with hibbert, he did well in the playoffs but for 82 games in a season he averged 12 points and 8 rebounds on 45 percent shooting. and hes a big man.... and yes i agree with you about the starting five of the pacers. knowing them they will give all the credit to paul george and make him a 90 plus. and keep the other players lower.

I think Hibbert should be an 84 (then lower him if he stinks in the regular season), George 90, Lance a 74, West 76, Melo 92, JR needs to get hit to about 78.

JR is already overrated. They needed sig skills like "Bench Spark Plug" so guys like him and Jamal Crawford can be properly rated and don't end up being used as quality starters for 37 minutes.

Melo is also overrated and is prone to chucking. He doesn't deserve Heat Retention. He's already better than real life in the game as is.

I think he should have Heat Retention, but he should take a bit of a hit in OVR rating. Seen multiple times of him getting hot early and staying hot as the game goes on. That crazy game with Chicago is a good example.

Carmelo Anthony is one of my biggest pet peeve players as far as ratings go. 2K just adores this guy.

Career 33 percent 3-pt shooter has a higher 3-pt rating than career 43-percent shooter Steve Nash.

looking at 2k13 for example. i believe melo was a 90. and when he went on that crazy jump shooting run. they raised him to an 93. but they didnt raise defense. only offensive stats. such as mid range(which hes good at) they lowered his 3. raised his lay up, shot in traffic, and shoot off dribbble, post fade away, consistency and offensive rebounding.. none of these sound too "overated" to me seeing those are his actual skills. he does over shoot but shot 45 percent and 38 form 3. and won a scoring title.

on a side note im interested in seeing what sig skills they will give david west.

I don't think David West should have another other than Bruiser and Hustle points, which is probably what he will have.

Honestly I feel only 3 players in the NBA Should get flashy passes
                    1. Ricky Rubio
                    2.Rondo
                    3.CP3

Well, Legends are going to get them too, but I agree on those current players. Even though they'll probably have more because what's the point of introducing a new flashy signature skill if only a few people have the ability to use it.

Well I know at least 6-8 of the current players should have it, not specifically, but just so the Signature Skill doesn't go to waste.

People always talk about CP3, Rondo, Rubio, but I'm sure there's lesser known PG's with the ability to flashy pass with accuracy, but don't get a lot of airtime. Oh, and Nash should definitely be on the list, with Wall have consideration (not a big assist guy, but definitely knows how to throw half court bounce passes to BG, lol =p).

wall is actually a great passer...a career average of 8 assists per game on a horrendous wizards team sounds like a "big assist guy to me"...i definitely agree that there are more players that deserve flashy passer

I'm talking about passing skill, anyone with his speed (you could even subtract this), his minutes, and ball dominance can average 8 assists.

And mark my words, when his jumper gets better, watch his assists drop.

Stephen curry is immensely underrated in the passing and overall playmaking dept.
