Can someone answer.. does the GM still sit down and ask you for trade suggestions sometime during the season like in 2k13?


I know you can go in and request that a player be traded. Have people found success in completing these requests?

Yes he did for me. On top of all the I'm tired of losing. And every time I requested people. I got at least one. But I also didn't ask for anyone over a 2½ stars.

Thanks man, I'm on the Timberwolves and I want to get Shabuzz Muhammed traded, as well as request a backup big man like Jordan Hill or maybe Javale McGee if he is rated low enough.


I like playing with the T-Wolves. We are doing really well 18-3 on HOF/Sim.

My only gripe is Kevin Love doesn't play like he should. He only is getting 7 rebounds per game and misses a lot of easy shots inside. I can usually count on him for three pointers though.

Everyone else.. Martin, Rubio, Pekovic are all consistent. Our bench is very good as well.. Barea (BEAST), Derrick Williams, Budinger, and Corey Brewer can all hit shots.

We need another big man because coach Adelman keeps putting guys like Shabuzz and Corey Brewer at the power forward for 10 minutes each game because of our lack of depth at power forward and center.

I gave up trying to play a realistic style; if the CPU attacks the paint non-stop I will attack the paint non-stop. Last game I fouled KD out with 8 minutes left to go in the 3rd--he only played 18 minutes for the game--and the next game I fouled Dwight Howard out 10 minutes to go in the 3rd. I've dropped 35+ every game for the last 8 games and I'm shooting 83% from the field and 96% from the FT line. Turnabout is fair play. Right?

I started the season out 9-1 with the 'Wolves and I accidently told the GM I wanted to be traded when I told the I was tired of riding the bench after Brewer got hurt and they started Muhammed instead of me even though I was rated 6 points higher. They've won 5/6 since my trade and Rubio has come close to dropping a triple double nearly every game and last game Martin dropped 38 while Love added 23 and 16. Guess they didn't need me.

I havent had success asking for a certain player to be traded yet. ive tried about 50 times it seems as well.

I'm having a hard time being a pg in this game for some strange reason. Or I guess it could be my teammates aren't dropping shots like they're supposed to. Which ever the case, I don't want drop 20-30 ppg because I'm a pg not a scorer (Rose) or anything like that. 10 is enough because I can just dub-dub every game & play d all day. What is it that I need to do in order to make my teammates the scorers & not me?

Yeah my forward is averaging about 10 rebounds per game so I guess I'm taking away some of the boards from Pek and Love..

I was averaging 4.7 rpg, they wouldn't rebound for nothing; I left and and both of their average rebounds have gone up by 2, Love's to 10.3 and Pek's to 9.3.

SN: A funny thing I noticed is that LeBron is nearly averaging a triple double at 25.3 ppg(5th), 10.4(T-5th) rpg and 7.9 apg(8th).

WOW... Just lost to the Pelicans. Holiday launched a half court shot that went in giving them the lead with 0.3s. Obviously we lost. The Pelicans rallied back in the 4th when Fisher and Lamb choked FTs (WB and Durant both out with injuries)

I always play as a big man and wanted to try something else so I created a pg. I need help on defense. How in the world am I supposed to guard opposing PG 1 on 1, they seem to blow by me EVERY SINGLE TIME. even the likes of JJ barea, I cant stop anyone to save my life. I would really appreciate if you guys can give me tips for on-ball defense.

This would be a total bonus if you can help me get more steals. I get 1 steal every 3 games and more fouls than steals every time I reach. I really need help on how to defend 1 on 1 how much space I give and how to recover if I get beat. thanks

Be careful what you ask for. My GM asked for people and I told him: Andre Drummond or Thomas Robinson only. He traded Chris Bosh for Al Horford.

I can't get a trade to the Lakers nor will the GM trade for the people I ask for.

I think this is the most frustrating year with MyCareer since it came out in 2k10. I really am thinking of putting this game down for good once my Battlefield 4 and COD copies come in.
