Word, i've been playing 2k since it was on dreamcast with allen iverson on the cover, back when freethrow shooting was crazy hard lol. And i've noticed some flaws that they don't touch in recent years.
Yeah the tipped boards thing just annoys me because it's random(it used to be you could control when you want to tip or grab a rebound) and players will do it when they could of easily just grabbed the ball
Not true, just because you don't run plays doesn't mean the computer(or anyone for that matter) should be psychic and deflect passes with the back of their hand without even seeing them. Hmm, so then it's pretty similar to last year in passing?
Interesting, how do you mean? Are you sure it's not just a more fluid block animation? I know in 2k12 they had live ball physics blocking or whatever and it resulted in shots getting blocked with elbows and weird body parts. Still happens some in 2k13 on certain blocks. So are the blocks more controllable then? Like you feel like you can block shots you should be able to? In 2k13 and 12, players sometimes felt like they lacked explosiveness on jumping for blocks(i would hit the block button with dwight howard and sometimes he would either jump 2 seconds after i hit it, or do some weird slow jump animation where he doesn't go for the ball). If the players really track the ball like you say it would be nice, in previous 2ks it's like they have no hand eye coordination.
Good to hear. Hope the difference between good defenders and average ones is really noticeable.
Nice, the spacing has been awful for years.
