Re: editing roster w/ hex editor?
Is there a way to get the second round rookies and hidden players before 2k releases ?
If so is there any way you could get them and just upload a stock roster with them on it so I can edit myself ??
I would appreciate it so much I kinda like the game as is just want all players before I start my player
And if they had the right color hex edit that would be even better !!!Comment

Re: editing roster w/ hex editor?
EVERYONE.... say thank you.... I figured out how to change around team colors BUT they already have to be one of the team colors in order to work. Meaning if you want to make the Heat's team colors purple and orange your outta luck. I just successfully changed the Knicks team and headband colors after trying many many things soooo I will go through and make team ID's and a little of a guide on how to get it done....NEW YORK KNICKSComment

Re: editing roster w/ hex editor?
white/blue/orange/white and black/blue/orange/orange (shoe/tc1/tc2/headband)
I changed it to
white/blue/orange/blue and black/orange/blue/orange....
So you can change all the colors but the hex color thing isn't what it is for everything else in the world, so you can't add your own color or make slightly lighter or darker the color as of right now. The color you change it to must already be one of the team colors to work. As a side note I did change the jersey in the jersey select screen from Away to Home but I don't remember if that changed sock color (ignorance on my part)

Yes and No as far as what I've tried. I've been using the Knicks and thier Team Colors started
white/blue/orange/white and black/blue/orange/orange (shoe/tc1/tc2/headband)

It'd be great if you could post a pic of where have you found each think in the string (the shoe color/team colors and headband). I'm a little bit lost and I could help if I fanilly understand what is the new scheme of all this...If you like my work I appreciate any help: https://www.paypal.me/s3anbarkl3yComment

Re: editing roster w/ hex editor?
changing the sock color should just be changing one number to another number. last year it was changing the 2 to a 0 or vice versa. 82 was an away jersey with black socks, 00 is a home jersey with white socks. the first digit was if it was home or away, second was sock color. should help a bit, I assume.
I have the day off, so I will be spending a significant amount of time trying to assist the research of team color editing.Last edited by Rondo is GOD; 10-05-2012, 12:15 PM.Originally posted by Balldude777In this case the lasagna restaurant started selling candy to kids and that became the best revenue stream so they’ve let the lasagna get worse and focused on becoming a candy store. The problem is this restaurant bought the rights to make lasagna so if we want lasagna we can only go to this place.Comment

Re: editing roster w/ hex editor?
I'm a noob on this hex editing stuff, but how can the people who have no programming experience or hex editing experience be able to receive the hidden legends/dlc from the disc? The game is awesome, but i rather have kareem, dr. j, webber in the game. Is there a way I can download it from the 2kshare from the hex editing experts??Comment
