        Hyper,

How was Beasley scoring his points? What did Rubio and Ridnour do while they were in the game? Was Ridnour rebounding again or is that just a game flaw?

And how is Brook Lopez? He is rated a 62, was he still killing it in the post?

I have a question about your scale for potential ratings. I see that you have most potential ratings set really low (i.e. Horford at 65, KG/Love at 70). Is this rating lower for bigs, similar to awareness ratings? Also, have you simmed multiple seasons to see if this has a negative affect on the rosters as a whole? I see a guy like Horford (72 OVR, 65 POT) being a scrub by season 3 or 4, when in reality I think he'll be a top 10 big man by that time. Any thoughts or insight?

Beasley: High post and mid range area. He was utilizing his pull-up J from the elbow
Ridnour: Had about 4 rebs, so that last game was probably a fluke. Also took under to shots, so he played fine.
Rubio: Doesn't look to score, ran the offense, and was looking for him teammates.

Lopez: Despite his rating, he is still a dominating post presence. Uses a variety of jumphooks

The effective potential range is only 60-85 anyways with 68-74 being the "transition" range between an average player and a potential star. I haven't seen this roster, but those potentials seem to pretty well done compared with the default rosters.

Can I play this with Jesus sliders(Shot Stick sliders). I assume your sliders are %. I absolutely hate % shot and prefer SST 10 times out of 10.

I decided to post stats in this link below. It saves time from having to reformat my post everytime.

                  https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...hl=en_US#gid=0

My goal for this game was to fix Rebounding as much as possible. So I needed Rodman and Love to test this. I still can't do much for Orebs, but they are high than usually.

Summary: Since both teams use the Triangle Offense, there were a lot of jump shots taken and the Bulls defend the 3pt very well. The Final score was closer than what actually happen, the Bulls put their bench players in with 3 minutes left.

You can try any slider set.

Potential is basically broken down into two "types". Star potential (and the high levels of progression that come with it) begins at a POT of 75. Average potential (and the low progression that comes with it) is any level below 75.

The POT rating itself also can progress, although not very much each season. Therefore, players and prospects who can become stars need to have POT ratings above 68 or 69 in order to have a chance to reach the magic number of 75 by the time they reach their "prime".

Many people have confirmed that there is little to no difference between players with POT above 85 (86-99) and below 60 (25-59). This means that the only useful range for potential is 60-85 and most players belong in the 65-75 range.

Hope that answered your question and hope I didn't go too off-topic in this thread. I think Hyperballer has a great understanding of this and that's why some of his POT ratings may seem low to the outside observer.

Youalreadyknow is right. We used a Potneial scale that has been around since 2k10. DC came up with it. 2k has a tendency to use high and uneccessary numbers sometimes, usually to please the masses.

Anyway, I posted stats for a game I simmed earlier today in the link in my post above. Atlanta vs Miami. LeBron was a beast. See for yourself.

Also, I will be updating a few more teams this week. Since the real season is looking highly doubtful, I've decided to go back and forth between some classic teams and current teams. Here is the order teams will likely be done:

                          Current teams w/ Bad Records
Current teams w/ Bad records, but exciting
                          Pre 1980 classic teams
                          Current teams w/ good records
Post 1980 classic teams ( I save these for last because I look forward to these most)

Then I plan to add 10 CATs of players who should be in or older current players in their peak. Here is what I have to choose from:

                          Barkley's Suns
                          Reggie's Pacers
                          KG's Twolves
                          Tmac's Magic
                          VC's Raptors
                          Kidd's Nets
                          GHill's Pistons
                          AI's Sixers
                          ShaKobe's Lakers
                          Wallace x2 Pistons
                          01 Bucks

Any other suggestions are welcomed, but these are definitely the teams I'm going with.

Just wanted to know, will the New York Knicks be included in your next update? I'm anxious to test with that team because they're my favorite.

Possibly. I still want to knock the lower ranked teams. But NY is my squad as well,

                                Quick update:
I finally created a set of sliders that gives me the feeling of how I had 2k11 playing. Hopefully, they'll fix the issues like PG's jumping really high for rebounds, CPU not using floaters and drifters, tone down the spin layup, up and under, and escape dribble. Then this game will be great.
