I'm just trying to give my friend a 2k11 roster on 360. I remember I tried it once on 2k13 and it wouldnt transfer between gamertags or maybe i just did something wrong. That would be the easiest way probably...sorry if its a little off topic. Either way would help. I have the roster on a separate hard drive but when i plug it into my pc and view it the files are all broken up.

Save your roster to a USB , then on your PC plug in the USB , open up horizon and find your file (the roster ) then press extract, when it's extracted to your PC then upload it to a host like mediafire , your friend then needs to download the roster >open up horizon>drag the roster file into horizon > add HIS profile IDs> press rehash n resign > then save it to his USB.
If done correctly the roster should appear for him .
(To get his ids he can save any roster to a USB then open it in horizon and he will see his IDs , he needs to copy them into the roster file you give him)

I think it's just for Xbox. I, too, want to find a way to use new rosters on my PS3. Haven't found any info on it quite yet. Anyone have any advice?

I had to get a new computer. I clicked on the Horizon link, but I don't think it's the same Horizon as before.

Different version most likely , just use horizon !

Tried that and I keep running into issues. It should still be simple with an association file right? Just need to save another association file instead of roster file

Yes , should still be simple , all you should have to do is drag the file into horizon , press rehash n resign then press inject to device , that's it , what issues are you facing ?

I know I seen a way that you can use a jailbroken iPhone as a USB for rehashing but I can't find it!

Yes that's possible , but to be honest , it would just complicate a simple process , I recommend just using u USB , it's very simple .
