Figured it out for 2k13. I left the roster on the USB instead of moving it to the HD. Went into options and just loaded the roster from the USB, then saved (in game) to the HD. Loads perfectly.
I still can't get shoes to work but.... Hope this helps.

Re: How to Rehash/Save a Roster to USB.
I went through and did all the steps but when I go to load a roster it says nothing is on my USB stick. So I saved the regular roster to my USB stick and tried it again. Went to load it and the one I saved (Roster1) was the only one I could find.
Any help on this guys?Comment

Re: How to Rehash/Save a Roster to USB.
This thread is a mess. In my opinion, there needs to be a thread that explains everything so people don't need to ask questions. People just assume that people have no problem doing this. But if you're not a technological braniac, then most likely you're gonna need very specific directions. I don't think this thread gets the job done.Comment

Re: How to Rehash/Save a Roster to USB.
Ok I still can't for the life of me figure out why I can't get ANY custom roster to work. I've loaded the official nba rosters (last one being the 5-22 roster) but can't get a custom roster. The files will not even show up when I try to load them on the game.. and they are on the harddrive because I see them when I look at the harddrive.
For what it is worth I have followed the first post in this thread ..word for word.. twice and have been stuck with the same problem every time.
I have all three title updates as well so I do not know what else it may be.Comment

Sorry if this has been asked before, but does this process work with all sports games (Madden, NHL, etc)?Comment

The Horizon link on the first post doesn't work.
I've managed to get a season.98 roster onto my 360 but when opening the file it says it's buggy.
What's the right link for the Horizon tool, and is that the best way to go?Comment
