          This walk through somewhat over complicates the process. All that needs to be done(in Horizon, at least) is the simple step of replacing the Profile ID of the roster in which you're downloading with your own and saving it to your device(usb). It literally takes 60 seconds max.

            Is it possible to get the latest online data file if you don't have your xbox hooked up?<!--[if gte mso 9]><xml> <w:WordDocument> <w:View>Normal</w:View> <w:Zoom>0</w:Zoom> <w:PunctuationKerning/> <w:ValidateAgainstSchemas/> <w:SaveIfXMLInvalid>false</w:SaveIfXMLInvalid> <w:IgnoreMixedContent>false</w:IgnoreMixedContent> <w:AlwaysShowPlaceholderText>false</w:AlwaysShowPlaceholderText> <w:Compatibility> <w:BreakWrappedTables/> <w:SnapToGridInCell/> <w:WrapTextWithPunct/> <w:UseAsianBreakRules/> <wontGrowAutofit/> </w:Compatibility> <w:BrowserLevel>MicrosoftInternetExplorer4</w:BrowserLevel> </w:WordDocument> </xml><![endif]--><!--[if gte mso 9]><xml> <w:LatentStyles DefLockedState="false" LatentStyleCount="156"> </w:LatentStyles> </xml><![endif]--><!--[if gte mso 10]> <style> /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0cm; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language:#0400; mso-fareast-language:#0400; mso-bidi-language:#0400;} </style> <![endif]-->

              I copied the 3 codes, and the roster appears, but I'm told the roster is damaged. Does anyone know why this would happen?

                It could be that the online data in the roster is not that same that your Xbox has. This is caused by updates to the game that do not appear as a regular update but rather a hotfix, if you have xbox live, turn on the game and the problem should be fixed!

                  I can't find Horizon on the link you posted. I only see xbox 360 revolutions. Can someone give me some directions on that link?

                    Take a saved roster and open (double click it) while in Horizon (USB files should be on the right). It will say games and click NBA 2K13, double click that saved roster file. Then copy and paste codes in word; open new roster file and before you rehash/save paste those codes from word then rehash/save.
                    I've downloaded and transferred various rosters for Madden 13 and these instructions confuse me sir? You say copy and paste the codes from the 2k roster...so when and where do I replaces the 2k roster with the roster I downloaded from the internet? The roster I want to play with?

                        I'm on MacBook(Apple) also and would like to know what program to use to Rehash/Save the files on. I originally use to do this on my PC but as said above, horizon doesn't work on Mac's. I'll try digging a bit deeper, does anyone already know about this?

                              I figured out the resigner issue, but now when I try to load the roster to 2k, it doesn't show even when I try to load.
