I'm using these draft classes in my Suns Association (starting in Year 3; I used vtcrb's '13 and '14 classes for Years 1 and 2) and I just finished DC1. I was able to pick up Kareem Packett at the #2 slot. Justin Washington was available and was tempting, but I felt my current PG was better suited at SG, and I needed a true PG of the future. I decided to send him to a Combo Guard camp, specifically for the passing and shot in traffic boosts. He has a good supporting cast to let him develop, and I could be looking at a playoff run in his rookie year. My lineup is:

PG Kareem Packett
SG Andrew Harrison ('14 draft, moved from PG)
SF Carmelo Anthony
PF Larry Sanders
C Al Jefferson

I have Olapido ('13 draft) and Tobias Harris on the bench, so that's two more scorers to distribute it to.

I'll let you guys know how his rookie year goes. I currently don't have any picks this year for DC2 (traded up for Packett), but I may try and trade in at some point. I'll let you guys know.

Update: Kareem Packett fit in perfectly with Phoenix, leading them to a 2 seed in the West and picking up Rookie of the Year along the way. His final statline was:

Thanks for trying and enjoying the project! We put alot of effort and detail into each class hoping that we can reach out to all types of association players. We have shooting big men ala Dirk, lock doown defenders like Tony Allen, and some undrafted success stories like Jeremy Lin if your scouting up to par lol.

And I can guarantee you this there will NEVER be a fashion guru in our draft presentation smh @ EA!! Draft Class 5 in progress.

Nice, I'll have to check that out. I plan on Andrew Harrison being my superstar of the future (unlocked his potential last year), but Packett will be who my offense runs through. I see him as a Steve Francis/Stephon Marbury type player.

Haha not the personality or anything, just the ability to score and create his own shot. He also has the ability to be a playmaker passing, if he can get over the desire to be a scorer all the time.

I'm scouting Jamal Packett and Javaris Cole right now, as I still need a true backup PG. I like Cole a lot, but I might not be willing to give up what I have to give up to get in the first round and pick him. I like Packett too and it looks like I can get him a little later, plus obviously the whole brother thing would be cool.

Use them scouting points my friend you might find somebody you like better that may be available..trust and believe draft day you will have somebody sitting in your lap that you wanna pick sooo bad but he might not fill your immediate need. I tend to look at veteran backup pg's because aint nothing worst than a rattled pg in the game while your starters getting a breath.

The guy is a stud. He has one more slot open for sig skills and I'm hoping he develops Floor General or Dimer.
