I actually just watched the first X men movie the other night and it was good Imo and I thought x men origins wolverine was good I love the deadpool scene with the cutting of the bullets. But what did think of the deadpool video game???

Mannn, am I the only one that thought XMen Origins: Wolverine sucked! Lol.

As far as the game, I only watched my girl lay a lot of it as she is clearly the bigger Deadpool fan of the two of us (Yes, my girl is in to Marvel Universe. I know... I'm lucky right). From just watching it the game seemed a bit too repetitive but I feel like they truly captured who Deadpool really is in the game with his Schizophrenic behavior, breaking of the fourth wall and overall randomness. That alone is enough for the game to get some praise from me.

@Sapp a week and a half turnover for the classes is doable. No longer than 2 weeks when we have setting up to do.

Montego.....well let's just say the traditional big man returns! None of this light in the @$$ stuff like we have from skilled big men like todays NBA.

And yes lol you know I already told you I love JR Williams attitude on the court! You remember how I told you we was punking them dudes during our championship run through that winter league we was in lol.

And we Russian SF on the horizon that I think will turn some heads when he comes stateside. Sebastian Mangele..remember that name.

And truthfully a couple of our SGs will be very caplable SFs with a couple years under their belt.

Keon Webber: I don't know what you got planned for the versions so I'm basing this on talent and what I saw from my tests....he should be in the upper echelon of SGs for years to come. I meant to send you some highlights from him, Vegas Wade, Kiante Brown, Bishop Jr, and Darmani.

And yes you already know that old school hip hop is where I'm at wit it lol.

I did graphs last night for both classes 9 & 10. The wing players in the next few years... WOW. Like seriously hahaha. Wing players are my jam and I am spoilt for choice.

I also have a piece I started writing up about Mr Mangele aswell as an interview with a couple of guys I will relate to as Jekyll and Hyde for the time being.

But I'm about to head home and listen to the podcast and Sapps latest track I'm pretty hyped on both to be quite honest

Just adding a couple things after listening to the podcast.

First off, as always Chris solid work bro! So entertaining. Add in a little more HOV in the future, thanks in advance haha.

Secondly as far as the timing between classes that's really a decision for yourself and Dreece. But go ahead and send me as much as you have ready for all the classes and I'll get to work with stories and graphs etc. plus if there's anything extra I can be doing then just let me know.

Thirdly. This goes out to all you guys who partake in the threads, both this and THE LEAGUE. Based on the info Sapp brings you if there are guys you wanna hear more about then don't hesitate to say so and I'll aim more stories in their direction.

Finally. I really really have this urge to marathon all the X Men movies right now.

You guys are hilarious sometimes I don't even need to post cause you guys' comments are priceless. I consider Wolverine one of the best movies of the entire 2013 year so sorry Sapp you are pretty much on your own there. If you guys wanna use my gamertag I don't mind it's the least I can do with the way you put my player's story out for everyone. I got a lot more back stories that are as interesting as that one just let me know if you guys wanna use em.

While the talk of the nation seems to be all about Christopher Bishop Jr. and understandably so but high school senior forward Scottie Tomlin from Seattle feels that he deserves some attention as well. “It’s not like he is Michael Jordan or anything. He is good but he might get to the league and be like Greg Oden. Let’s not crown him yet” Tomlin said when asked about Bishop. Tomlin scored 46 points and logged 17 boards in his last game. We hope to see a rivalry brewing between those two in the future.

Who is J.C. Graham. Well, he may just be the best freshman and quite possibly the best player in the country. The young Oklahoma Sooner point guard was one of the top recruits last year but did so in such a quiet fashion. Now that he has finally had the opportunity to step foot on the court, he has shown why he is a freak of nature. At 6’8, Graham is averaging 16.5 points, 6.6 rebounds and 5.6 assists. The crazy part about it…. He is only getting better.

This really seems to be the year of the point guard for good or for bad. While you have top guys like Treyvon Dickerson, JC Graham and J.R. Williams playing spectacularly and making a name for themselves, others have struggled. Unfortunately for Cincinnati sophomore Elijah Bernard, his struggles have come off the court. In the off season, Bernard was disciplined by the team after driving a stolen car. Bernard got off rather easy only being suspended for the season opener but now he has more problems. Pictures have surfaced with Bernard doing illegal drugs at a party. Cincinnati has stated that they will deal with the issue internally. Expect to see Bernard miss more games very soon.

Virginia Tech center Montay Rider is finally playing like the player we thought he was. After having a decent sophomore season, Rider has performed much better this year. Last night Rider finished with 21 points and 10 rebounds against VCU. Rider says that he owes much of his improvement to his former teammates Wilbur Adams and Sebastian Rogers who have consistently attempted to talk him through his slump.

USC Junior Power Forward Justin Day finished with a career high 39 points in a 84 – 65 win against TSU last night. Day is currently averaging 20.8 points and 7.0 rebounds.

An unnamed source close to the Oklahoma State basketball team says that defensive minded Shooting guard Rameek Toole “Will definitely be declaring for the draft after this season”. He is currently number 11 on my Big Board and a virtual lock to be at least a lottery pick.

Anybody who knows me and has been following me since I started working with Sapp and Dreece knows that I have an extreme love for wing players. Last year I spoke with hot prospect Malaki West. This season I managed to catch up with one of my other favorite small forwards, Utah Senior Quadry Bartlett. I have been following his game for his entire four years in college. We attempted to speak last year but Quadry let me know early on he wouldn’t be declaring for the draft. This year though, I was the first person he called to discuss his final year in college and prospective NBA career.<O></O>

BlindSide: I’m glad you could join me today my friend. How are things going?<O></O>

Bartlett: Very very well. My final year has already begun. I’m pretty excited to be real with you.

BlindSide: No doubt. So like you told me last year you wanted to make sure you graduated
before you ever considered moving towards the pros. Do you want to tell everybody else why you were so adamant?<O</O

Bartlett: Absolutely. I made a deal with my Grandfather many years ago when I first picked up a basketball. He’d done some work with the Jazz In the old days and told me that if I could keep steady grades then he’d teach me what he knew about the game. Then before he passed away we made another deal that my education would come first always. So here I am in my senior year, thinking that I wanna move onto the NBA and see what I can bring to the league.

BlindSide: And you would ultimately prefer the Jazz right?

Bartlett: Yeah there is no question. It would be an absolute honor to work for the same franchise that Pops already graced his prescence with. The man raised me so it would be like a homecoming for me in a way.

BlindSide: Have you actually come to the conclusion that you will be declaring when the season is over?<O</O

Bartlett: Not entirely my man. But I am strongly leaning towards it. It’s more likely that I will declare. I mean after four years it wouldn’t hurt to see how things go right I haven’t got anything to lose.

BlindSide: But everything to gain. Like I’ve been telling you for years now! This is your year to really show everybody what you can do. <O</O

Not sure if it's been discussed here because I've been checked out of here for awhile as I've become borderline obsessive with the whole job applications thing now that I graduated from college, but anyways...

Guys that control all 30 teams and use these draft classes:

How do you handle the draft? I've had five drafts so far, and for the first 3, I based the drafting solely on the PowerPoints so that there were more chances that certain players might slip through the cracks and end up being all-stars despite getting drafted 20th and stuff like that.

The last two drafts, I hired three scouts for every team, and am pretty much basing who they draft on what each team's scouts provide for me, and then I just make a decision off of that.

I'm curious to see how some of you handle it and how it's worked out for you because I'm not sure which method I prefer.

Whats up Yeah THAT Guy. Congrats on graduating!

Anyway, as far as Association goes, I always control 30 teams. I use a method similar to you. One would think that because I come up with the potential for all three versions I would remember who is good and who isn't but it is WAY to many numbers for me to remember. What I do is use the powerpoint as well while taking need in to consideration. For example, while doing my Association testing, when Boston had the second pick in DC6, I picked center DeAndre White as opposed to Ayo Wilson because PG was not a need for them at the time. Doing it that way leads to a lot of bust and surprises in the future.
