Dreece I think you might be a little proud of me as I didn't jump the shark.

I decided that for this dynasty I really liked the team I had and wasn't willing to just blow it up to move up in the draft to ensure I got Blackshear or Ayo. They were 1 and 2 on my board.

However, I did have to do some juggling to get under the cap to be able to sign any rookies. And I still wanted to ensure I could upgrade at PG.

I'm quite happy with my roster now. The only slight issue is I might have a little logjam at PG, but plan on playing one or two of them for the backup SG minutes. I'm sure down the line I will have to address it in a more permanent fashion. Now I just have to wait for DC 7 before I can move to regular season!!

I will update my Dynasty blog with the 2020 Finals outcome in the next day or so.

Yea that was Giordano! He got another one that i'm put up after this qt ends. It was another when they ran the perfect side PNR....maaaannn I'm too excited right now!

First let me just say...WHOA! These revamped classes are amazing they're like whole new players.

Now just like I predicted we made the playoffs...the 5th spot at that...came a long way but if it was for Francis's return I have no clue if Cameron & Tinsley could of done it especially since this is Tinsley's 1st season. Oh did I forget to mention that the Lakers have had a Rookie of the Year winner 3 years in a row! We'll be going against a pretty good Utah Jazz.

I was surprised as well when they kept dropping. I did look at the teams that passed and at least they did have starting PGs above 80. But yeah in RL they still would have taken them.

Oh I'm bout to show you some common sense! Its one particular clip I really want you to check out! 1st Asley made Cam fall lol...then Agustine ran a beautifully designed pick n roll to Galloway in the corner who hit a cutting strickland in stride for the two hand jam!! So if I were to stick with DC1 1.0 and then switch to DC2 2.0 what would be the downside besides the fact that DC 1 wouldn't be as how it was intended in your eyes? I don't know how it should have been so maybe it will be ok for my association? I don't want to have a "busted" association though. I guess what I'm asking...I have som blood sweat and tears invested in my Pacers assoc...I don't want to restart it UNLESS I NEED to to avoid a future busted association....

Also interested in how you guys curtail unrealistic trades by the computer AI involving draft picks and young players? Seems they are willing to trade first round picks too easy!

You won't have to start again. But your players from DC1 won't have the same production as anyone from future classes.

And as for trades you just have to think for the other teams unfortunately. One method I like is to use the trade finder to see what the CPU will offer for one of your guys then propose your own trade with similar value.

A few of us follow Dreece's house rules in regards to trading for 1st round picks once every three years.

I stated this when I first had the idea to REVAMP the classes. I was looking at the players when I was setting up me and Sapp Podcast showdown after editing DC6, and IMMEDIATELY I noticed that the way the 1st 4...maybe 5 classes were edited wasn't on the same DESIGN LEVEL as DC6. I figured a whole lot during my designing of DC6 GAMEPLAY wise so It is a MUST that I do this for our project.

You don't have to start over if you don't want to but the players in DC1 will not MESH and FLOW like the rest of the players. EVERYTHING has been done over since we 1st released including hotspots, every tendency, play types(MAJOR GAMEPLAY ENHANCER), body types, player ambitions(play for winner, financial security,)

We just trying to help you guys get the most excitement you can get out of 2K and I'm damn sure going to make sure that our guys are playing a GREAT game of basketball. I feel I have achieved that so the choice is NOW in the players hands.

And to deal with trades I turn them off until the 1st week in January.
