I can always unlock them for people and add their stats if people want as long as they send me their association file to my e-mail.

One thing about sending an association file (even once you begin) is that no matter what point of the season you are at you can transfer the file to your computer and upload it and e-mail me the file and I can add what you want and then send it right back to you and you can reupload it to your xbox and continue right from where you left off and include what you wanted me to add for you without any issues to the file. So if you wanted me to add coaches that aren't in there when you have reached the All-Star break I could do that for your own individual file and next time you uploaded it to your xbox and continued that new coach would be in the coaches free agency section. Pretty neat trick huh.

      Indeed it is neat

Just played a CPU vs CPU game Phoenix 118 @ Chicago 111. 12 min quarters. I jack up the sliders to try to get more steals, blocks and dunks so that's why my scores are usually high....but that's what I'm going for. Sometimes it happens sometimes it doesn't. Anyway, Rose had 45 for Chicago and Phoenix had four players with at least 20 points. Bledsoe had 25 and 18 assists. Love this rosterrrrr

Re: Trifecta 2k14 Project (XBOX 360)

            Update:

It's 1:37 am PST and I've just finished making sure everyone's uniform numbers were accurate as well as their play type. I'm now going through and assigning all the injuries to players who were injured prior to the beginning of opening night. I'm also assigning the EXACT number of days that player was injured and inactive up to the point where they were cleared and played their first game. So for example, Kobe is out for a duration of 40 days starting on 10/29/13 and will be cleared following 12/7/13 so he will be cleared and active to play in their 12/8 game against the Raptors.

Now if a player has been given a duration of "out indefinetly" at the start of the season (example being Jason Richardson) then I am searching through several websites to get a more apporximate date of return and for Richardson reports are that he should return following the All-Star break so his injury duration time will be 111 days, that duration covering 10/29/13 through 2/16/13 and be cleared and active to return the day after the All-Star game.

For those who are out indefinetly and I'm unable to get a time period for their return I am going to determine their duration by the type of injury they have. All in all I would assign them a injury duration up to at least the All-Star break.

If anyone has information concerning players who were injured prior to opening night that are still rehabbing and have yet to come back from their injury, if you wish to pass that information along to me concerning primarily the team you are going to play with I will do my best to implement that into your personal associaton file before I email it to you.

I have had 12 members send me their e-mail address over the past few days, so I have you all in my contacts list so I have recieved your messages with your e-mails and I have them so you can expect an e-mail from me sometime tomorrow afternoon after my varsity teams tournament game has concluded and I return home. Our game is at 1:30 pm PST so by around 4-4:30 pm PST I plan on sending the file out to you so check your e-mails (including your spam folder) for the Trifecta 2K14 Association Template File and it is a .FXG file.

Re: Trifecta 2k14 Project (XBOX 360)

              Update:

Its just about 5:30 am PST here and I'm still going at it. I'm now going through and inputting the hidden/locked players that I've unlocked for free agency...I'm now inputting their correct bio information (birth date, month & year, college, height and weight and if they were drafted or not) and then after that I will begin to go back through and input their career season by season statistics and link them to each player. After I do that the players section of the file will be complete and I will then begin taking out all the generic coaching staff members and inputting real life actual head coaches and assistant coaches that are on the game disc.

After those final steps then I will upload the file back to my xbox and then I will go through and make all the future draft pick trades that need to be traded for future drafts and also assign the players minutes and TSC options to each team. Afterwards I will upload the file back onto my laptop and give it one final look over with REDITOR MC and then I will be sending the file to those of you whose e-mails I have received over the last few days.

I got about 4 hours left here at home before I head over to the school for my varsity teams shootaround so I will try to get the players section of the file done so that when I get home from my game that I will just have to do the staff section and the minutes/TSC settings.

So all in all the file will be ready late this afternoon probably 6-7 pm PST. I will let everyone know a more exact time when I get home from my game this afternoon.

Trust me you guys are going to love this. Just by looking at the file in REDITOR MC you can really see just how disorganized and how bad 2K pays attention to detail when they lock/hide players in this game (all their bio information and everything is like wiped away like it never existed).

On a quick sidenote, since our opening night release and our first update release was like so insync I hope that you all who have followed the thread and the project take the time over the next 6 weeks and enjoy the gaming experience. The next update will be when its the All-Star break so WE all get to just sit back and enjoy playing for awhile.

Eaglerock what association settings do you use when starting the file you're going to pass out? CPU trade, player roles, task assignments to your assistants etc?

It's a 30 team user controlled file so CPU trades have been turned off. Player roles will be edited through REDITOR MC as I have to bypass that screen inorder to put the file on my usb drive to get it to my laptop. As far as the task assignments go I will leave that to each individual to edit when I send the file to them. I myself personally assign the assistant coaches to do the prospect scouting, and simulation strategies, and I leave the other 3 of the in season tasks for myself to be in charge of (but thats only because of how well I know the NBA and all 30 teams that I make the adjustments during the season that teams would do in reality).

                            Quick update:

Ok guys, its 9:20 am PST and I'm about to head out to get to my teams shootaround before we go to our game. I just wanted to leave you all this quick update...

I'm about 75-80% through putting the locked/hidden players career season by season statistics in. I thought it would take longer, but once i get on a roll, nothing can distract me and I just start typing like a speed freak lol.

So when I get home today after my game I'll be finishing up the players section then going and editing the staff section and then the file will be ready to go.

So like I said in a previous post, check your e-mail around 6-7 pm PST.

Talk to y'all when I get back from my game. Happy gaming.
