I'm ranked 6th among all players with the most exhibition quick game wins. But still no legendary card for me. :-(

I wish they could reward players who reach 10K wins with a free legendary card. :-)

Seriously, there are many factors that go into timing of releases that make it hard to tell you a solid date. Feature set, bugs we want addressed, and even Apple's certification process. Once we give it to Apple they don't give us a specific date for when it will be approved by them, so we're at their mercy. They have been great with our updates, but they could take up to 2-3 weeks. All depends on how slammed they are with new apps.


Since launch we have released 2 updates, 2 hotfixes, several card updates, and several server updates. Our last major update was on 12/19. This update we're working on is our first new game mode added in so I'll let you do your own speculation. The best I really can say is "soon".

I contemplated doing this as well to predict where i more likely find my board cards to speed up my draft finds with less fodder.

I am still looking at my pro paul george which i never trained before combining, curse not having that be more clear when i somehow got that season reward...

NW, is there any chance we will see a way to uncombine cards we have mistakenly combined?

This isn't a feature we're currently looking to add right now. In the tutorial and in help we mention that you want to get your cards to max level for full potential of a Pro card. However, I get that those messages may not be enough. I'll look into if we can do a more specific warning when combining cards that are not yet max level.

I got him last week after winning a season, after I maxed him he disappeared from my deck.

From inside the game go to Options -> Send Feedback and post in details about your lost card. I can look into it then with the info from that mail. We had a problem a few days ago with our card DLC and it made some cards appear to be gone until the fixed DLC got downloaded. However, you should not have permanently lost any cards. Send that feedback mail I will take a look at your account.

The app launched November 7th and we did indeed ban a few folks that first week. I honestly don't know if he was one we banned, but quite likely.

There isn't a specific question about it, but I know there has been discussion of matchmaking. We are working on improving our matchmaking for Quick Games. Right now it's a bit too harsh for players with one good card, setting you in no one scenarios with everyone on your list. We have been testing this out and the new matchmaking should come online when the new update comes out.


For Season matchmaking, there is a bit of balancing we have to do between matching a Season with appropriate opponents and starting a Season in a reasonable timeframe. We don't just take the first 30 people and start them in a Season, but we also can't wait 5 days for the perfect 30 people to match up. No one would be happy with that. We match you up with the best people we can find in a reasonable timeframe (usually under an hour). That means sometimes you may have someone with really high stats vs. some with medium stats.


This isn't all that different than what you see in the NBA. Does any Milwaukee Bucks fan think it is fair they are in a league with the Heat or Thunder right now? Given the right circumstances maybe the Bucks can win, but not likely. Same is true in our Season games. We try to match you competitively, but sometimes the timing of starting the Season is more important so you end up with good and bad teams in a Season together. That's the way it goes.

Cause I think trading is a really good idea and it really would make the game much more interactive. Please implement trading?

All the stats for the game fundamentally come from the console game stats. They use a much more complex model that we had to squeeze down to 4 stats, but generally if the console game rates that player highly in NBA2K14 then you'll see comparable good stats on the card.

I answered this one before, I know the thread is REALLY big...


Right now we are concentrating on new game modes. Trading as a feature is not off the table, but not something we are focusing on right now.

If that's how the stats are, I'm assuming shaq's offense isn't as high as it should be cause of his free throws/3pt? Cause if that's the case, it's a bit unfair, cause shaq was dominant on defense and offense, and everyone knows that.
