I am with you on that, personally I have played more than 10k games myself, but I just hope its fair all around, because people will have so many star cards from buying cheap from the AH tooComment

Appreciate it bro! What I'm asking is, are the people who pulled anything, bought anything off the AH, or trained anything away just SOL? Meaning all that goes away too?Gundamduo - MyNBA2k15

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
The restore point presumably just gives you back your creds to whatever number it was before restore point.
As for people who paid money during the period, then you're right, I dunno, they'll have to mass refund everyone.
@Gundamduo - I'm guessing if they restore, yes, those people are SOL.
I mean, I can't think of a better way to do it unless they have the ability to identify all cards "bought" for 0 credits during that time and simply delete them all.
But then that screws over everybody who sold all their star pros.
One thing is for sure, I don't want to be in CDs shoes right about now. I do know if they don't fix it, I'll probably stop playing.Comment

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
Your SOL in the sense that you lose the little bit you'd have gained in the day but considering some people gained 100x that in a half hour limit it's more than worth the inconvenience.Comment

Well, you pay money for credits only, otherwise a number in a database.

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
any decision CD makes is gonna be criticize regardless....there isn't a lot they can do other than a rollback as stated...considering how poor the UI is in this game and features that seem like common sense (sell all, sorting, previous and next page tabs at the top and bottom of a list, etc.) i doubt they'd have the ability to simply locate all users who had access to the "free" packs and simply delete themComment

In light of that, I'm willing they have a database of all purchases made, and cards distributed, since the beginning of this game. So I think they can identify all a,b,c cards sold during x,y,z timeframe, to which accounts, etc.
Whether or not they can automate deleting those cards, I have no idea. Perhaps they can replace them retroactively with commons or something.
But going this route basically screws over everybody who has unloaded their star pros which I don't see as particularly fair, even *if* they knew they were exploiting a glitch (of course they knew).
Edit: Just wanted to add that CD have clearly shown a determined willingness to protect their bottom line, and so I don't think a shoddy UI is any bit informative as to how they structure their back-end, especially when it comes to real-money purchases.Comment
