Something needs to be done but banning people would be absurd.

Yeah, banning people for exploiting their mistake would be possibly more dumb than giving away a ton of Star All-Star cards. That said, the longer we go without a reset the more worried I am getting that they will just stay silent and do nothing.

I think they should give us, who didn't bought any packs for free, 1 or 2 star all star cards for free, and I would apologize them...

That wouldn't solve the problem at all, what's 1-2 free when some got hundreds in that hour. They need to just roll it back. Only logical solution.

Anyway.. i played around 20K games, spend a lot of money for star contracts, grind really hard in almost every rc/rttc... Just to wake up, and realize that everybody has a full all-star season line-up.. If they didnt set the game for the last 5 hours back, im done with this game.

Couldn't have said it any better.
I worked my rear end off to accumulate almost a full star pro lineup the legitimate way. This glitch needs to be fixed.

I just don't see them doing anything about this. From my experience, when ever they screw something up, they just say "our bad, we screwed up" & move forward. The example I always go back to is the Shaq rttc from last year. When people were pulling his card as a reset & getting him as season rewards. Thats exactly what they did, took the blame & let everyone keep their cards.

Obviously this AS glitch is 100x more extreme, but until I see something different, all I can expect is the usual result.

The damage here is too great to simply ignore, IMO. For everyone who didn't get to take advantage of the glitch, it's basically the end of the game. Matchmaking for seasons is already absurd and it's just going to get worse as people train up all their pros.

It would be a damn shame if CD just decide to soldier on.

On top of that, this hurts their bottom line farm more than the Shaq RTTC reset did. And THAT is something they've shown to care about above all else. (And quite rightfully, it's their business).

Makes me sick that guys like wil upton on twitter are saying the game is fun now, and saying he'll quit if they take the cards back. Lots of other guys with hundreds and thousands of followers (who have spent lots of money on the game and already had stacked decks) also had no problem with this. Their opinions don't matter to me, but they're the most influential people in the community. Only sensible guys seem to be here.

100% agree. Except.... Its' been 8hours since this glitch. And not a damn word from CD. That is by and large completely and utterly unacceptable. Imagine if World of Warcraft or Call of Duty had a glitch this huge that was game ending and they just ignored it for a whole day. This type of mistake ends companies. This can literally end CD's life. The amount of people who will stop playing....And if they nipped this in the bud immediately after and just rolled back 1hour. Not a big deal. But now? They are gonna roll back 8hours? 24hours? The longer this goes the absolute worse this gets proportionately. I can't fathom how this is being ignored. Have they just given up? I'm pretty disgusted by this. I will be quitting if a solid solution isn't in place by Monday. And I only say Monday because these lazy *** CD employees don't work but 10am to 3pm Mon-Fri...if that.

100% agreed. This was an easy fix from the get go. Twitter blew up as soon as it happened, but God forbid anybody work a weekend*.

Unless, of course, they don't even need to roll back and can simply delete the cards.

I'm with you. If they end up just keeping on keeping on, I think I'm done.

*That may be unfair. For all we know, CD is all in the office working on it right now. But no communication... In this day and age, communication is mandatory for game companies.

100% agree. If this isn't fixed and is just swept under the rug by CD I will be quitting and submitting refund applications to Apple for every single purchase I've made this year. At the very least I'm sure I'll be able to get back the $75 I spent on All Star packs yesterday only to get all Legendaries.

I seriously thought the first pack was just a thank you to paying attention for the hour while watching the ASG.

If it makes anyone feel better, I used stars/leg/epic to train my star Wade and AI. So, only 2 star pros for me, I felt guilty.

i dont blame anyone for exploiting a glitch that was on CD's part...i just wish they acted on it and did something about it rather than "fixing" the % off and not saying anything about it...now we're all just left in the dark
