Are you sure it matches by the entire deck?

Because if that were true, wouldn't all the people in his season have +1000 stats than him, not just one? From my experience, the ultra high folks are just shoved into seasons willy nilly because it's impossible to find 31 other folks who have all legendary/pro epics.

It tries to roughly match you up vs like decks but it places a high emphasis (requirement?) on starting with like an hour or 2 tops. So when that happens it just starts throwing people into seasons to have them start. Don't like it at all.

This game cannot be random % of getting an epic. I think the higher amount of games u played the lower ur chance of getting an epic is.

Still haven't made it to the Finals yet on my main account, but of course in the first season of my backup account I make it to the Finals. Not sure if I should be proud or upset, considering my stats (I'm "Brody," that isn't even my real name, but oh well) are so low.

This game cannot be random % of getting an epic. I think the higher amount of games u played the lower ur chance of getting an epic is.

The randomness of it all is odd. I mean I got two epics in one weekend but in the 3400-3500 games played that's it.

Still haven't made it to the Finals yet on my main account, but of course in the first season of my backup account I make it to the Finals. Not sure if I should be proud or upset, considering my stats (I'm "Brody," that isn't even my real name, but oh well) are so low.

For your first season/starting off is about the only time I feel the season matchmaking is working ideally. You will almost always get all new players in your first season. After that is completely random though

Agreed. First season is the only time I won a season. That actually seems to be a recurring theme. I wonder if the first season is filled with fake players designed to let you win a season...

Emeka okafor or Nikola pekovic? I can't decide .. I have chris bosh for pekovic's mental game ability, so I'd say I prefer okafor's ability over his. But theres a difference in energy levels: okafor has 65 and pekovic has 80

My rebuild is going well. So far I've maxed out Rodney Stuckey, Harrison Barnes, Cliff Robinson, Kris Humphries. George Hill will be next since I just pulled a second one last night. Much to my surprise, I pulled three rares including Sam Cassell, Jeremy Lin, and Doc Rivers(!) this morning. A bit disappointed that it's three point guards since I could really use another maxed out shooting guard but it's still something, especially after last night's endless barrage of energy cards.

Just a question but how do you guys always manage to make it so far into the Playoffs? I know some of you guys have pro epic cards and even a legend but in the past six seasons or so I've either lost in the first or second round. I only made it to the finals in my first season. Do you think I should start off with a bunch of mediocre players then sub in my best before the playoffs so that I can fool the matchmaking a bit?

U cant fool the matchmaking as it takes all ur players from the deck into account. And whats ur quick game record? Only way to improve is to play quick games and hope to assemble all the best rares. Maybe even if ur lucky and u beat the 1 in a million odds and draft a legendary.

I've won 5/6 seasons. And the one season i didn't win was the 2nd season where I walked in with a bunch of maxed rare pros and few epics. That wasn't enough since a lot of players were 2000+ per category ranked. Then i spent a day just playing games and got epic pros and won third season. Then I got legendary. Now I've been quite successful since. That was a nutshell lol.

I've been pretty successful the irritating part is to see my numbers be greater than someone else's and still lose. It's all about the match ups but since I don't know how those playout or have a say its kind of annoying to lose.

I've won 5/6 seasons. And the one season i didn't win was the 2nd season where I walked in with a bunch of maxed rare pros and few epics. That wasn't enough since a lot of players were 2000+ per category ranked. Then i spent a day just playing games and got epic pros and won third season. Then I got legendary. Now I've been quite successful since. That was a nutshell lol.

How did u win 5 of 6 seasons ? Playing a lot of quick games? Buying epic pacts midway through season? Or just plain luck by matchmaking?
