It's a very interesting problem, because if it was $5 a card or even $2 or $1 a card, so many people would buy it that seasons will be filled with people with almost all legendary cards. If that were the case then you'd be more or less forced to pay if you want to be competitive even more so than now. So they priced it high enough so that not many people would pay, but enough are that it's impacting seasons nonetheless.

IMO if they made season rewards better, I would be much more likely to spend money to try to upgrade during the season. The way it is right now, rewards kind of suck anyway for 4.5 days of effort, so I don't really care to make that little push to be the best deck.

I will compile all my future picks in an excell spreadsheet, and draft only in a specific order. I'll keep the list easy to read and follow.

When you think you have enough data from the first list, I will start a 2nd draft order that is based off the firsts results, and continue to compile.

A 3rd draft board will be kept with basic locations of board clearing cards that draws on every source of input showing only where the card was pulled.

So just to be clear, you will track energies/rares/epics/legendaries (if only you get really, really lucky and you will do the exact same pattern every time?

The reason it works for me if you do the same pattern is that I can then actually calculate exactly how many cards you drew at each position.

If you make the spreadsheet and point me to it, and just update it whenever you do your picks, I'll look at it when I have time (usually weekends / evenings) and post here with results.

Good point. If they took legendaries out of the packs and made winning the season (and drafting) the only way to win one, that may get more people to upgrade. But then again, that would mean season winners would get more above everyone else and continue to win and people couldn't catch up.

Tough balance here.

This is true. At the same time I don't understand ppl. They wanna hack and shortcut everything. What's the fun in that?

If you buy assassins creed 4 and it's already completed or hacked, wtf is the fun??? I don't get it! That goes for trainers and other stuff as well.

The difference is that the main way of progressing in other games is actually fun. The main way of progressing in this game, mind-numbingly playing thousands of quick games, is not fun.

Honestly the main thing that's fun for me about this game is season playoffs and opening lots of draft picks at once. I hate how long it takes to actually play one quick game, and that the drop rate for good cards is so low that you can literally play for weeks and never see an upgrade.

I think the time commitment to get upgrades past rares in this game is far too steep. I just wish progression was a bit faster.

So i have a method to save drafts after quick games, but I'm pretty sure there's an easier way. Anybody know how to save draft picks after quick games?
