Nwgamedad said that they will only be nerfing rodman for the new people that will draft him so your rodman will stay intact with the stats he has. If I recall corrrectly nwgamedad said this in the card stats thread.

Negative, all Rodman cards will be nerfed, and the card stats thread is here...

If you missed that Sho (and in this thread thats totally believable)... then you picked a horrible time to show up and challenge the mod lol.

I dont mean to sound rude, but I think he said it in the third page of the card thread. Im not sure how up to date this post is.

A quick update on the Dennis Rodman Legendary. His stats are currently higher than intended. We are going to be lowering his stats appropriately. However, if you currently own the Dennis Rodman card, his stats on your card will remain the same. Once we push the change, only new Dennis Rodman cards will have the nerf (meaning cards won after the nerf).


If you end up with one "old" and one "new" Dennis Rodman then Pro them together the resulting Pro will be better than if you Pro 2 "new" Rodman cards, but not as good as if you Pro'ed 2 "old" Rodman cards.


I wanted to give everyone a heads up on this now before we make the change. Once the change is made I will let you know.

I stand corrected, and this strikes me as odd since when they upgraded his stats all cards were changed. You were not being rude at all, this is good information that I apparently missed. Thanks bro.

Yeah, that's got to be rough, but as you said, just only a legendary would improve your line up right?

Certain ones would improve but not all. For this event a david robinson would only improve my lineup by 50points he would replace epic pro al horford. Not enough for me to waste time grinding.

I posted the gifs, and I'd do it again.

The discussion was like 3 pages. Not 10. It was a lazy Saturday morning. The discussion was about basketball. Not rap. Not police work. Not any of the other TRULY off topic stuff that's been in this thread.

People here whine so much in general, it's not surprising they whine about having to scroll past a discussion that doesn't interest them in an open forum. I scroll past pages of stuff every day, and don't complain.

When somebody comes up with another crackpot theory about drop rates, I scroll past. When people cannot understand the simple notion of randomness, I scroll past. When 29 people post asking about maxing players, I scroll past. It's an open forum. Not every topic is gonna interest me. It's selfish, in my estimation, to expect any different.

The discussion was about basketball. I'm sure it stemmed from some sort of discussion about the game, seeing how we're all playing an NBA licensed game. It might have gotten a tad bit off topic, but closing the thread over that was ludicrous.

And people need to stop saying how off topic discussion makes it harder to truly discuss things in the game, like strategy. There is no strategy in this game. It's barely interactive, and the devs have been super secretive about how the game actually works. All we talk about here are Epic droughts, Epic pulls, who's tanking another season, and idiotic theories about how the game might work, since people don't understand the word random, and the devs wanna keep us in the dark about so much.

When there is actually decent discussion, I feel like I contribute more value than most, but the moments of actual interesting/valuable conversation here are few and far between. Let's not pretend otherwise.

It's been a week since I've pulled an Epic which is a long time for me seeing as how much I play this game, lol. Hoping for something good today! Oh and, trying to get back in the Rivals top 500, went to bed in the mid-400s and woke up in the high-500s. Ugh! lol

Does anyone know an estimate of about where 25,000 will be in the rivals event? Im trying to see if I can atleast make it that high before the event ends for the pro rare card. Next rival event Im going to try and get farther, I have that week off of school because of spring break.
