Let me ask this.... are there any users here that:
A. Got their first 2 or more legends through an epic pack
B. Have drafted a legend after that

Well I drafted Isiah Thomas and then purchased epic pack and got Ewing. Then after some more purchases I got Chris Paul and then within 100 picks drafted Bill Russell. Recently, I bought epic packs and got Scottie Pippin before rivals and shortly after drafted Clyde Drexler.

I drafted another Patrick Ewing also but it wasn't around any purchases.

People don't draft legends at all, for the most part.

Trying to develop some theory about it is silly.

How many of you guys have drafted a legend three days after eating Neopolitan Ice Cream, strawberry first, then vanilla, then chocolate?

Funny....

A) The only folks on the forum I remember ever drafting a legend were pre epic pack time or have not purchased an epic pack. I may be wrong, this is why I'm asking the question. My question\theory is answered\debunked pretty easily with answers from other users.

B) I'm basically saying that I think that this game potentially flags potential impatient spenders and milks them at a different rate than the average user (until they get flagged). It's a theory but My comparison is valid. Esp if I'm hearing the same thing from other users who did the exact same thing I did.

He also literally has the best deck in the game. He is in a matchmaking class by himself right now. Do not base your matchmaking experience on his.

Hearing this absolutely made my day and actually turned me back to the game. It is kind of like getting an "ataboy" or a pat on the back, so thank you. I also realize I am in a season filled with bots because of my LU. I am still undefeated against them but the end goal will only reward another Epic card. Lets see an improvement in season rewards please sir.

Honestly, I don't need to believe it is random, I know. You can choose to not believe me, but I know how it is programmed and I control the drop rate. Card pack drop rates have not been touched since December when we released the Epic Pack.

Fixed random is just that fixed. If you flip a coin once the odds of getting heads is 50%. If you flip a coin 1000 times and get heads 75% of the time, on your 1001 flip your odds of getting heads is still 50%. Again fixed random means it does not matter what happened before, the next time you flip the coin the odds are still the same.

I understand the logics to gambling. It is still off or broke at this time simply because in one purchase sitting, I received 8 James Hardin, 6 Jrue Holiday and 5 Nate Robinson. The 2 Legendary cards I received I already had pro'd versions of. There are still plenty of Legendary cards that I have yet to obtain.

He already said 3 times now that the rate hasn't changed. You know it's random so you're taking that risk when you put up the money.

To his knowledge, I assure you the system that generates the random dropes is currently broke. All of us high spenders are experiencing the exact same issue.

I drafted a legend Timmy after eating that neopolitan, but not since eating salted caramel gelato. Wtf.

I think the gist of the last grip of pages is just to stop spending money on this game until certain changes are made (like the epic pack reward for a season win).

If you've ever been to a casino and played roulette, sometimes you'll see red or black get hit 15+ times in a row the odds are always the same it's just dumb luck the ball lands a particular color 15 times in a row.

So if you bought 15 epic packs and got 15 epics with that means it is what it is just dumb luck. You could very well get 15 legends in a row and just be really lucky! so give the CD guy a break he's telling the truth.

No one person on these forums is "mad" at NWGD. We simply want the issue looked into instead of just saying it is good and nothing has changed. NWGD is the shiznit with his responses and staying active with the community so I give him an "ataboy" for his hard work and dedication.

I don't have the LU that you do but I share your feelings. As I stated earlier at this point only basically 3-4 Epic pros can even crack my LU. So seasons don't do me any good and so that leaves me with quick games. Which right now aren't giving me much in the way of anything. Rivals is it for me and I know for me to get into the area I want (assuming the tiers stay the same) is that I will have to spend $150 or so to get enough HS to land there.

I understand what you're trying to assert. My point is that so few Legends are drafted anyway, you can't really derive anything from this.

If people were pulling Legends willy nilly, then the well dried up, maybe you'd have a point (I still wouldn't believe it personally, since I understand randomness will always allow for situations that look rigged), but people just don't draft Legends period. I'm 25k picks in. None drafted. So are plenty of other people. The drop rate is just ridiculously low. That's really all there is to it.

I drafted my first Legendary at less than 100 games played and because of that I went undefeated in my first season. I then became annoyed since I had played another 30k games and did not receive another Legendary. Then at 31k games I drafted a crappy "Shooting sleeve" Legendary support card. The next day they released the epic packs and I went on a crazy spending frenzy where I received approximately 10 different Legendary cards and the ratio ended up being 1 legendary for every 3 epics.

At 35k I drafted Kevin Durant and Walt Frazier within 500 games or so of each other.
