It happens, nothing you can do.
That's also why i built an insane buffer on Sat @ top 25 (i guess i scared some in the top 10 even after i told them i wasn't going for top 10 lol). That way even if i can't connect on Sunday, its pretty unlikely #26 will gain 11k on me (buffer i had when i went to sleep). I also built a 2k buffer on #51 (all i could build since i was really targeting 151 - 650 with my second account but got into a groove Friday/Sat and somehow caught the top 50 lol... also got one of 5 cards i needed to allow my QG line-up to do +5s and win regularly, only had 15 cards in the middle of RC since i was using that account to test my theory on season matching algorithm) and amazingly that also didn't move on Sunday (only tier along with top 10 to really not get much action, top 25 and 150 had a ton of competition...)Comment

These 'legendaries' are a joke.
Nice work CD games. Fooled us into thinking that the update would actually give us a legendary card in a legendary pack when what u really get is a fancy gold coloured epic.
What's the criteria for a player to be classified as 'legendary' anyway?
I wouldn't group Macy with magic, Russell and chamberlain but hey, that's just me.

Actually there's more reason than that for added legendary. By adding to the pool of legendary, the probability you duplicate any of them is also much lower so you'll need to buy more packs if you want to duplicate them. This allows them to "improve" the drop rate of legendary via draft but really not improve the rate you get legendary pros. Heck the only 2 legendary i ever drafted also happens to be 2 new legendary in the 1350 combined rating range... >.> Basically worst than majority of epic pros (amazingly 1 of them actually was my back-up SG for 1/2 a season until RC ended and i got a playoff Carter).Comment

Both. Seems like you did pretty well without HS on both accounts.
I ran with a few different line ups just to see which could get me the easiest wins.
Mostly went with legend pros KD, Elgin Baylor and Kevin Johnson and two commons for the majority of the last RC. Before that i went with 5 rare pros - Kidd, Avery Johnson, Thad Young (pre/ mid season) & Larry Sanders and both times had pretty much the same success rate winning about 85% of the time. Also had bad runs of maybe 4-5 losses in a row which p*sses you off when you just beat the same person ten times before.Comment

Main account - I can't even remember all the combo i used... basically any time i lose 2 games within a short span, i change at least 1 player. I have a Rare Pro line-up that i switch to if my loses are to playoff teams... Its A. Johnson, Kidd, A. Miller (MS), Young (MS), Sanders (MS).
3/2 combo i used most was RC KD, RC Dirt, Al Hortfort Epic Pro (sadly my best D card in the epic range). My support cards were playoff -54 BC (top 10 from the previous RC) and -11 o.team (epic).
My second account - change a lot... started off doing +3 with Sanders, Young, Mark Price (single), Hayward, and Jamal Crawford (rare pro)... basically the only cards i had that weren't Collins and weren't legendary. Then i just swap PG in and out as i got more. Tried some 3/2 combo but didn't work too well since everything was built around Young and Sanders (not many other options for offense/defense). For the first 3 days i pretty much stuck with +3 games and mindlessly won like 99% of them. I did do +5 whenever i saw one that had less than 600 wins (most of the time with HS since i always store 1, use one on +3 if i have 2).
For support cards, i went with 2 uncommon for a while (1 that was +D and BC and hack-a-shaq) then i draw an epic hack a shaq and did a swap before getting a hot streak rare and switch that in with a common support.
Friday i somehow got Brooks (MS), Calderon, and A. Miller (MS) duplicates rather close to each other, Calderon being first i tried +5 with him and the other 2, won about 80% of +5 games with that combo. Then i got 2 Brooks, tried him with those 2 and won ~same rate and tried A. Miller with those 2 (when i finally got him), won ~85% with that combo. Tried all 5 together and won ~85% as well. Switched out Calderon for Hayward on Sunday and won ~95% (only lost games that had 3+ MG only) but limited testing. It'll be my starting line-up next RC unless i get other cards.
Edit - Friday/Sat was also when i made my move from ~170 -> 40 (by the time i went to sleep on Sat/Sun morning) and i stayed in the top 50 once i got in.Comment

Question for those with RC Shaq...
Does running him in a line-up with 2 single legendary actually work? I played like 20 different players who had similar 3/2 line-up with RC Shaq and 2 single legendary (not great ones either, generally a PG and someone like Pippen or JE). Won every time in 4Q rather easily (losing to only Shaq) using a 4 epic pro + Dirt (who isn't even the best PF in my line-up right now lol).
Think i'lm going to try Shaq with Rondo and someone else later and see how it works lol... haven't found a way to use him since my 3rd best card is RC Walton... >.>Comment
