This RC I played a total of 3737 games.

My record was 3335-402 that is a 89-90% win rate in 5 point games. I did switch up my LU a few times but I mainly stuck to one. Not too bad goal is to find a LU that can do better next RC

I finished in the top 50 and I did HS cause I have a full time job so I don't have the time to play w/o HS to get anything higher than just the RC card.

Last thing Please for the love of basketball can we get a PF as the leg pro or RC card next event!!!

I want to try my luck at duping a couple of these Playoff cards I got but it might be a waste since 15 is about to come out. If the console version starts over I see no reason for the mobile version not to either. Got a feeling CD may just leave the servers up.

A Console game and a phone app are two totally different things. An app is easier to update than a game on console. If they start over I won't be playing. I've put in too much time and grind to start over. That'd be like a slap in the face. I really think they need to say what the future holds because if they do that I'll stop playing the minute they say it.

That's the thing. If they release 2015 and it is starting over, but they leave the 14 servers up, they are going to want people to upgrade. How would people feel if 100% of future rivals events was on 2015, leaving only seasons and your current cards on 2014. I have put many hours into this game, and if this scenario was to happen I'd just start over with everyone on a clean slate. People could then feel that thrill of building a team fresh and then attacking the RCs to improve dramatically.

With that said I have only invested time, not actual money, so others would have different view on matters. This is how I feel CD will go, as they have to evolve too and at some point people can go no further (SourSyd) under the current model.

I'm a free player so I've put in over 53k games just to get my team near 6k stats. its other people like me who've put in a lot of time just to be decent. Not to mention the people who have spent thousands on the game. That'd be a blatant kick in the nuts. They should do a major update to refresh the app and give people the option to start over or not. Most people don't want to start over.

It's all about evolution though. In Call of Duty people put in DAYS of real time to prestige and unlock weapons and camos. They are free players too, but the next year there is another game with no carry over. NBA on consoles is like MyNBA where people have spent THOUSANDS on packs and VC, but once 2k15 is out the game will no longer be supported and usually not long after the next season starts the servers for the old version are turned off. Records earned, time spent, money spent, etc., in the end the assumption is the app served its purpose. It cost you nothing but time, and you got the enjoyment out of it. Now you have the opportunity to do the same again with a new version, possibly with new features and fresh ideas incorporated. CD may surprise us, but I believe we will all be starting over. The precedent is already out there everywhere you look.

True. some ppl here are saying that its easier for mobile to update which may be true but how do you address old cards? the card collection would be MASSIVE. You gotta include rookies and everyone new teams... its just doesnt make sense to roll over cards. To us its a good idea but to them no. And honestly I like the idea of everyone starting at ground zero. Will bring back the excitement of trying to be the best. The separation is just too steep now. But yea we all need to prepare to start over. As I said they will probably keep up 14 servers for a year or so before shutting down. To me idc about starting over. I got 27k games in but its whatever. Thats the way the cookie crumbles sometimes

Again, your comparing a console game to a mobile app. That's two totally different platforms. Evolution can still be done thru updates. On a console you need a disc. If that was the case for this app I'd agree but it's not. Just like they added playoff cards they can add another tier of cards. Look at the old rc cards compared to the new ones, that's not evolution? They can add in game modes or more cards thru an update and people would still spend ****loads of money and time just like on this game. If they start over a lot of people won't do it. This seriously is worse than the console when it comes to grinding and time spent, not to mention it's spent tapping on glass and not on your couch with a controller on your hand.

But you can't compare updating a game like Candy Crush or one of those other free to play games. This game is based on something that changes constantly with new players, stats that need to be changed and so on. Plus they are paying licensing fees.

Of course it is easier to update a mobile game but I am pretty sure they want to have some kind of revenue coming in for their effort. They just need to come forward and let us know what is going to happen instead of giving vague answers. September is right around the corner.

How many times have they changed a players stats? Beast legendary Rodman to the nerfed card that exists now. Just recently that beast dumars playoffs card. It's easy for them to change stats. The game is my team mobile. It doesn't have a year at the end. It includes players from the 60s. They could just put a year on the bottom of the team logo when the players played for them and make an updated card. It's that simple. Erase some of the crappy cards that nobody wants.
