How long can you wait after your season is over to claim your rewards? If the new tier comes out in the next few days, is it worth it to just wait if you win your season?

Just sit out of seasons until star tier comes. It should create a little more disparity.

So that it forces the paying ppl to buy the star tier packs! Cycle repeats itself and we will certainly see this again before playoff tier comes out. Profit maximization at its finest

You're right except this time CD overdid it. All LU are almost similars. RttC are too easy and hand out too many good cards. On the other hand RC doesn't reward 100 (not to mention top 25) properly.

Being lucky enough to be part of a a very big team, I can tell you that the consensus among us is : NO MORE PACKS.

Hopefully CD handles star tier better but I honestly doubt it.

You guys should play the NBA general manager app. Much more fun and rewarding. it's still a bit of a pay your way to the top app though but at least you get what you pay for in it.

Buying packs is totally pointless. When RS packs came out, not only was the drop rate insanely low, but in less than 2 weeks they were already worthless in the QG lineup due to event cards (with the current matchmaking system being incredibly broken you are much better off going your 3 best cards and then 2 terrrible ones or else you face a charged RS/Event card lineup). They were still good for seasons, but could only help you win other, worse non foil RS cards. Then cash daddy trolls you by having these RTTC with cards that completely trump your purchased cards and season rewards, giving you no advantage to show for your $$$. As a free player this is actually nice, but they aren't doing themselves any favors. I guess they assume the pay2win players have tons of money to throw around and don't mind spending even for an extremely short-lived advantage.

I was just thinking about how event cards, specifically RttC cards are killing the game. It renders all regular tier cards useless and at a certain point it just becomes about the event. Since there are events weekly, what use is it play for reg tier cards anymore? Besides selling your resets, the game is all about the events.

Getting Legend resets isn't even all that rewarding or exciting anymore. After 1,000 games, you get a card that will maybe sell for 30,000, or 21,000 RP after tax. It's time for a new tier. I quit seasons about two weeks ago, just waiting. I don't care about any of the rewards, so why waste my time?

Exactly why I stopped playing seasons. If you win the season, the RS you get might help your lineup and if you don't win your season, you're stuck with a card that you can't sell and probably can't help your lineup either

They should never put the best cards behind a pay wall. If people could draft record setters and mvps the ah would be more lively. The thing is the best cards we can draft are 5th tier now.

V2 event>record setters>v1 events>mvps>regular legends.

Yep, I don't play seasons at all. I know I won't win so what's the point in getting another useless leg that's not auctionable. To be honest I'm thinking this will be my last week playing this game. I'm getting fed up with CD and all of their bull****.

The RTTC vs. RC structure is incredibly unbalanced as well.
Lets take a look at it...

RTTC:
-For 48k RP of hotstreaks, you can comfortably complete the final card with 8 hours of sleep a night and a decent amount of inactivity. No need to buy game nights unless you are extremely caught up in work/family for an extended period, or you have a weak lineup

-You get at least one guaranteed legend card, and the RTTC reward card is much stronger than the RC foil. Even better the past two have had multiple foil cards and even triple/quadruple spec'd but that certainly won't stay for the next tier

-No need to worry about what other people are doing as the rewards are not based on everyones scores.

RC

-The card has MUCH lower stats compared to the RTTC cards

-You must either spend 8 hours a day grinding or spend ungodly RP amounts to have a shot at the Foil card, which is still much lower stats than a RTTC card. Top 25 is only worthwhile for the first couple weeks of a tier when people don't have stacked lineups. Once people have time to win more events/season the foil card in the top 25 becomes useless

The only advantage of RC is that lower tier players can compete in the event. But at this stage most of us have stacked Leg Pro lineups anyway. At least maybe give 1 spec for 500-1000, 2 spec for 500-100, 3 spec for 100-25, and 4 spec for top 25. People would spend even more on HS and people would stop complaining. Cash daddy and users both benefit.
