    So this was strange. During the RC I pulled a Legendary KC Jones. There were a few odd things that happened. First, the board didn't reset. Second, the card showed as fully trained 30/30. I played another game and pulled a common and then the board reset. I then got a "Network Error", first error all day. I went to my card collection and it wasn't there. What sucks is I already have a Legendary KC Jones and could have had a Pro. I've logged out a few times but it's nowhere to be found.


    Any ideas?

      Are you sure you sent to Feedback and not Support? We're up to date on responding to all our Feedback mails so if you sent your request there you should have your Catalog fixed by now. Be sure to hit "Send Feedback".


      BTW: In the future, we're yanking the Support button. Just too confusing to have both.

          Hi there, I sent an e-mail with regards to a special Derrick Rose who I've not received along with the 50 credits. I sent the e-mail to [email protected] is this correct as I am still await a response

            I waited so long for a response I ended up using my other Derrick Rose for training so as compensation a legendary card would be wonderful 😊

              That is correct, but you need to initiate the mail from inside the app. That generates an attachment we need in order to look up your account details. If you send mail just directly to the alias, it could get filtered out and doesn't contain the info we need to find your account.

                Hi, thanks for the reply, I have checked the e-mail, it did come from within the game, it has an attachment in it which I presume is what you're talking about in the above post?

                    Fix the season matchmaking.....7 of 8 played seasons end up with massive trucks in it. With no chance to win.

                      Hey, I'm not sure if you're aware of this but as someone that has spent a few hundred dollars on this game, an exploit has devalued all of my purchases. Some users are using an exploit offered by Amazon using Amazon coins in your game to buy hundreds of legendary packs for free and are creating a super stacked lineups. Some guy over on the main thread has been with the username Liuuu has been posting screenshots of his lineup using this "Scamazon" method.

                      I would suggest disabling Amazon coins to buy packs in your store.

                                This isn't an exploit in the game. This isn't even related to Cat Daddy at all. This is Amazon's promotion, which we have no say in the matter. On Amazon, players are allowed to purchase from Amazon's store with their coins. To us, coins are the same as someone purchasing with real money. We don't even know what they purchase with, coins or real money. It just shows as a transaction from Amazon to us. If you have a problem with the Amazon promotion you would have to take it up with them.
