Hey I wrote ingame a mail to the 2ksupport because I accidently used Kyle Macy (leg) as a training card
They sent a collection of links to me (clear cache and so on) but this wont bring back my card
Any suggestions for me? Its the first time that I used a wrong card to train...I even didnt notice it thats really annoying

Make sure your attachment is with your email and refer to your card catalog, but they aren't as great about as they use to be. Although CD took care of it himself and just gifted me my two epic Rodman's back.

Not just that, but when you send an ingame email, you are automatically sending your data with you as an attachment. A lot of people delete it as they don't know what it is.

You should ask them to send you a real legendary card. The Kyle Macy card is a joke. He spent one season with the Bulls and averaged 8 ppg. I'm a lifelong Bulls fan and had never even heard of the guy until this game.

You should ask them to send you a real legendary card. The Kyle Macy card is a joke. He spent one season with the Bulls and averaged 8 ppg. I'm a lifelong Bulls fan and had never even heard of the guy until this game.

Yeah the card is really crap...nevertheless its a card looking like legendary ;-) and as a pro it would make my season LU..I think..^^

I've encountered a bug in my current season. I was sitting top of the ladder and played the guy in 2nd place. I hadn't recharged by players so I had lower 4 than my opponent, but got lucky and won the game. The problem is that even though in my schedule it says I won the game, my overall record for the season is wrong. As soon as that game finished, a loss was added to my record. I've counted all the losses in my schedule and the error is still there. This is the first season since early on in the game that I haven't had unbeatable trucks and I'm in a good position to make a deep playoff run. I'm gonna be pissed if this error puts me into a lower seed come playoff time. NWGameDad, seen this before? Any way to resolve?

If anyone can shed some light would be much appreciated!

Had same issue as above, cost me #1 seed as it was last meeting of two best teams and we both won out remaining games, luckily I pulled a second Westbrook Epic and got to pro the one i already had, gave me enough boost to win finals in 6....but to your issue i submitted a ticket for it and by the time I got anything back it was resolved on its own due to the season was over lol.... I wouldnt worry or expect them to go jumping on a issue like this because by the time you submit and they reply or get to it its most likely a non factor anymore thats just IMO

I'm in the third round of the playoffs in my current season and the first 2 game stats fit switched and my opponent now has one of my wins. Even tho when I liked at it before (after that game) it said that I had won. Now or names are displayed on opposite sides and I have one less win but the same number of losses (20, just like before the switch)

Better stats both games one win one loss support cards can't change once the playoffs start. You don't want me to have legendary cards? Why make it so obvious tho that I shouldn't win? Does my opponent have legendary support cards that take off HUNDREDS of stat points? Didn't know you made those... Since all I get is energy in the Draft anyways!

It'd be nice to actually BE the best (which statisically in am) AND win too...

I know it's not a massive issue, I still made playoffs as the number 2 seed etc. What pisses me off is that this is an awesome game, let down by a few defining factors. It seems troubleshooting and fair matchmaking are secondary to moneymaking. Which to me seems counterintuitive as a system that is fair and runs smoothly is going to entice people to spend money.

In the season I mentioned earlier, I entered the playoffs as the 2 seed and easily made it through the first round. In the 2nd round I faced a guy with lower stats, that I had beaten during regular season and he beat me 4-1. I understand that there is an element of chance and that support cards play a role in the outcome of any given game, but 4/5 times seems a bit steep. I've got significantly higher stats in every category for almost every game. Either I'm really unlucky or there's some mechanic of the game that we don't know about. First season in months I've had a legit shot at too..
