I also sent in a feedback ticket about this problem + the black screen. My account name is "ragvamuffin". I would really appreciate if you could reset the clock manually from your end.
I have tried logging in from several different devices, and the timer does not reset from any of them. So the problem seems to be tied to the account. I have seen several mentions of this happening from the very beginning of playing the game, so it might be tied to the 6 bonus cards.
Thank you for being so active and open on this forum. It makes the bugs much more bearable when we know you are listening to the problems and working actively to fix themComment

In my daily VC bonus I have three cards on hold and the reset timer doesn't start running. I get the following message: "You've used all your bonus Picks. Wait for the reset timer to get more".
The reset timer will only start running when I would push the get prize button. But I don't want that cause I want to wait for better bonus picks.
The reset timer should start running after the moment you picked your third bonus pick.IGN: Tinus

If you are experiencing a black screen with white text after the update, please answer the following questions for me:
1. What is your hardware?
2. Did it look correct before the update?
3. Did you allow the DLC to finish downloading before advance past the title screen?
We're looking into the bug, but this will help us out. Thanks!

I just wanted to update everyone on two of the bugs you are seeing:
1. The black screen after the latest Google update - thank you all for the info on hardware, it is helping us track down the issue. I don't have an eta yet on the fix but this is our top priority. In the meantime, the only solution is to roll back to the previous version ( I don't know how to do that on all devices, so it may. It be possible for some of you). We are not force upgrading to the currently released update so you're ok to roll back if you can.
2. The "stuck" timer on the Daily VC Bonus -We tracked down the issue. If you Get Prize with Enhancements or Player cards, then the timer doesn't start as it should. You have to Get Prize claiming VC to get the timer properly. This means that you end up needing to claim cards in your Storage to get your timer going. If you were "lucky" and got enough cards to claim two Enhancements or Players you're now completely stuck. We have the fix on the client for the next update that will prevent this problem. We are looking at a server solution to fix those already in this broken state. In the meantime, you can always make sure to Get Prize for VC with your last 3 cards to at least still be able to use it daily. Also, send in a Feedback ticket so we can manually issue some picks to get you rolling again if you are completely stuck. If we do that though, you have the chance to get stuck again if you claim Enhancements or Player cards.NWGameDad

I appreciate that you're doing for us but I think lot of us don't want to claim our prize if for example we have two card 250 VC and one card Player.how much time do we have to wait for this issue?Comment

For anyone asking about reverting to a previous version of an app, I'm pretty sure that isn't possible unless you had the previous version backed up in a file manager or on an SD card. The rest of us just have to wait. Also, I've noticed that you can still use the app if you have the black screen, you just can't see much. Quick games are pretty easy because you can actually see the court, but it's annoying that you can't see your draft pick cards. Hope this is all fixed soon.Comment
