I cannot seem to combine my fully upgrade Bill Cartwright into the Pro Version. When it does the combine animation, a white card appears. Then when I go to check my card collection, I still have the two separate fully upgraded Bill Cartwrights (which is good I suppose). How do I fix this? It worked for my Khris Middleton.

I sent in a ticket right after getting this and still no response or fix. The game is still entirely unplayable for me.

I'm having an issue with the Daily VC Bonus. Not sure if it's been addressed already but here goes...

Yesterday I used my 3 cards and kept 3 on hold as usual. I then decided to use my 3 on hold as well, hoping to draw 6 new cards the next day.

The next day I received only 3, which was somewhat expected, and I wanted to hold them since I have my 3 hold spots. Instead of the timer resetting for the next day's bonus, it read 0 cards left, and now I basically can't hold any cards (which sucks, because it makes it nearly impossible to match 3 cards unless you match 3 in 1 draw). I confirmed the timer only resets after using the 3 cards.

Pleaaaaaaaaaase fix this. Not saying you have to award 6 cards when people use their holds for a 2nd daily bonus, but fix the timer to reset after drawing 3 cards instead of after spending 3.

Ok I read a similar issue on the previous page. Not quite the same circumstances, but I think the solution is the same--to reset the timer after the 3 cards are drawn.

It says I cannot combine my cards. One is in season but the other is not. It is also not in quick game either. I have two super rare Michael Jordan (Wizards) cards that are fully upgraded but I cannot seem to combine them. Can someone help me with this?

I had the same problem. Then tried to combine them from menue - choose combine in menues and it should work. It did for me

I cannot combine my SR card (Steven Adams) the two cards act like they are combining but they just stay as a bright white card and they never combine.
