    i got message from the system that says"did you know....."? i cannot read the whole message even not to take a response...... can someone tell me what happened and what can I do?

      What causes the card faces to be missing and replaced with a blank silhouette with a down arrow. Looks like its waiting to be downloaded or needs to be cached. Some are showing, but most aren't. I tried searching the forums but couldn't find an answer.

        you have to let your game download all the pictures on the main screen. on the main screen at the bottom left it will tell u its downloading and when its complete

          @NWGameDad Idk if this is posted yet but since new update (4 i believe) if you try to pin the card catalog it causes the game to crash and crash everytime u try to log in unless u log out and relog back in.

            I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this problem, but I am having considerable lag in QG's. To the point it's painful to look at while playing! Not sure if this is just me, a connection issue, a server issue, or what?

              Not sure if its only me, but when I pull season boosts they don't show up in my count.

              I have logged a ticket, just waiting.

                When doing RC, the QG counter until your next ladder reward doesn't update. You need to logout and back in to see the updated count.

                  It stays at 39% for me and the symbol disappears after like 10 seconds. Am I supposed to wait even if the symbol isn't there?

                      I have the same issue and it's really bugging me. You can wait all day and it won't finish downloading.

                      One question, if I uninstall the game and then reinstall it to try to solve this will I end up losing everything or is all the progress you make saved in some cloud server somewhere in the sky?

                        But that's not true, it still hasn't downloaded anything and when I open the game next time it says 39% again.

                            I tried re-installing, I tried force closing and re-opening the game, it won't download anything at all.. any other suggestions left?

                            I go back to the main screen but that download icon won't even show at all..
                            Getting kinda annoying...

                            Meanwhile for my android phone it finishes 'downloading assets' but then it's also the same problem anyway..

                            If only they can actually add an option to force download instead of it downloading by itself..

                              I am playing on my brother's PSN account, and since I got my own PS4, I'm creating my own account. But I really want my cards on his account to be on my own. Can I just login the app with my new account, will I still have the same cards as now? If not, is it possible that I can get them on my new PSN account?

                                I've never had an issue with MyNBA2K15 however just now i opened up the app and got an in-game notification about a throwback thursday card pack. I wemt on to purchase the card pack, got the card, and the app then crashed. Now when i open up the game it begins to login in then it crashes and gives a message saying "unfortunately MyNBA2K15 has stopped.". Im worried that i wont be able to open the app anymore as well as getting my Tivals Clash reward. Im using a Samsung Galaxy S3. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any idea what to do to solve this? Thanks...happy holidays !
