          This app crashes my Nexus 10 tablet several times a day. Sometimes it locks up, sometimes the app just closes. Pretty annoying when it happens during the heat of competition and time is running out. Thank you.

            Sorry you had a bad experience with the 2K Support team. Unfortunately, they don't have the tools to deal with Auction House issues. If you send in a Feedback from inside the game (Options -> Feedback) then that goes to our Cat Daddy Feedback team and they can take care of your Credits in limbo. When you send directly to the 2K Support team we don't always get the tickets, or we get them much later. It is best to send in a Feeedback ticket especially for lost Credits like this.

              To go across platforms like that you need to login with Facebook, Xbox Live, PSN, or Steam only. The critical part is the *only* part. Make sure Game Center or Google+ are not checked on the login screen when you login. Otherwise, it may not find your original account and try to create a new one for you.

              Go to Options and tap Logout to be sure you're logging in with the right account.

                Accounts get locked for botting or macro scripting which is a violation of the EULA/TOS. If you want to plead your case about your ban then you can send in a Feedback ticket and we can discuss it with you.

                As an aside, although we do not ban for saving picks, it is not a supported action. Save picks at your own risk.

                  You're most likely running out of memory. Close some other apps or reboot your device and it should help.

                    It is a visual bug, that turns out to be very hard to repro so that we can track it down. However, you should have received the reward still. Go check your MyCards list or your Enhancements list to make sure you received it. If not then send in a Feedback and we can get you your reward.

                      This isn't a bug. This is by design. If we stopped dropping boosts when you reached the maximum then everyone would just run with full boosts all the time so that only player cards would drop. We want you to use your boosts. If you are at the max boost level then spend them in a Season. Then the ones you pull are not wasted.

                            What drops in place of an energy if you are full of those? Is it random, or just a common card or something. Thank you.

                              Strange, I quadruple checked and I did not have Facebook, Game Center, or Google+ checked off- only Steam. Any possible fixes?

                                i had this problem once with a different app and it was due to the settings of my texting app. i forget what it was, but basically it was set to show the full message on the screen and it would override whatever app i was in to show the whole message; i had to change it so that it would only display in the notification bar at the top of my phone

                                (this is for android. don't know about iphone)
