Just info that today nothing changes. I am new in community so please write where to look at any new infos.
I have always play via PSN and now when its broken i have start to play via GOOGLE and via FACEBOOK but on that way it starts from the beginning...
I could live without PSN VCs and DAILY PICK BONUSes but MyCards that I have build for months is what I need..
Is it possible to bring them back on other account (Google or Face)?
Sorry, but I am just trying to find the solution how can i play next RTTC with MyCards that I have already collected...
Any solutions are welcome!

Hi there,
Today, I finally managed to reach the Playoff Tier in quick game and, when I was pulling from my board, I did not pull a Playoff card, but instead I got a rare. I played a few more games to see if maybe I would pull one on one of the next two boards, but both were only rares. I searched the forums for answers but couldn't find anything.
If it helps, I do already have some Playoff cards that I've won from Rttc and RC events. Is it possible that this was the source of the error?Comment

Hello support team,
Need your advice pls. My friend was bidding on my card with a specific identifier (i.e. with a special "buy it now" amount) but the system somehow awarded the bid to someone else's card.
Would it be possible to look into this as it appears to be a system issue?Comment

seems to be the response out their on twitter then, so as it seems unlikely anything will get done as it's presumably ramping up for 2k16, I'm just going to delete the app.
Can't see how they can be so head in the sand about a load of people having the same problem at the same time.Comment

I'm on PSN and having the issue too. I've also read that XBOX users were having the same problem. That tells me that it's not a PSN issue. The only other app I have that uses my PSN log in is the Playstation app and it works fine.Comment

If you login with PSN, if you auto login in the app you should be fine. The problem seems to be if you got logged out of PSN and have to relog in then you get the stalled url. So don't logout of PSN if possible. Once you logout you probably will not be able to get back in until we can fix the issue.

We have been able to repro the problem in house, which is a good first step for us to find the problem and figure out what is wrong. We do not have a solution yet. However, we have tracked it down to just PSN. The Xbox reports seemed to have been sporadic and tied to some down time of XBL. If you still have problems on XBL please let us know.
If you login with PSN, if you auto login in the app you should be fine. The problem seems to be if you got logged out of PSN and have to relog in then you get the stalled url. So don't logout of PSN if possible. Once you logout you probably will not be able to get back in until we can fix the issue.

thank you for your effort on trying to solve this and for your answer. But there is a thing bothering me. If the problem cannot be fixed before the 8th and we cannot log in with PSN, will we be safe to get our loyalty rewards since maybe you won't be able to recognize my deck with my account?
Maybe it's just the fear to lose them, just want to be sure.

The data on the account is safe. Although you can't login from the client, we still have all the data of the accounts stored on our servers. You'll get your Loyalty Rewards on the 8th based on what is in the account.
We're still working with Sony to figure out what changed and how to fix it. I know this is taking a bit, but it's an undocumented change we think in the SDK that we're dealing with and we're just trying to get the right info from Sony to make a fix.NWGameDad
