    I'd like an explanation from Officials 'bout my app crashes every time I try to claim any goal rewards! It is a month like this and I wrote 2 times @ the feedback but no answer!

              I can suppose you're italian:
              it's a translation bug, somebody messed up some goals translation in the italisn version (one I'm almost sure of is 'position matters' goal).
              There is a fast way to avoid the problem: switch the language of your phone to english and complete or switch bugged goals and the trophy button will work again

                I can suppose you're italian:
                it's a translation bug, somebody messed up some goals translation in the italian version (one I'm almost sure of is 'position matters' goal).
                There is a fast way to avoid the problem: switch the language of your phone to english and complete or switch bugged goals and the trophy button will work again and you may come back to italian again

                      You need to use the feedback option in game and submit a ticket. Choose the top most feedback category.

                        I have written many messages asking me to unlock the account, but I received no response. I used the play option for general errors and I have put my nick error number (10-200) and my account still blocked.

                        I took more than three weeks so I've given up. I deleted the game because I lost many events and many letters that could be achieved at this time.

                          I sent in a ticket right after getting this and still no response fix. The game is still entirely unplayable for me.

                              Same here. Account was locked when I got home from work. Sent in support ticket as a card issue so it goes to Cat Daddy. Would really like this resolved ASAP.

                                RTTC cards aren't counting as new cards to catalog for me (I've got the small goal and it didn't move after getting Ben Gordon).
