That should be it. I assume you have actually played NBA 2K15 on Steam? If not, be sure to play some on the full game before attempting to login. If that still isn't working, then send us a Feedback ticket, so we can see what is going on with your Steam login.

Re: MyNBA2K15 - FAQ
Enhancements do not count in determining if a card is max level or not. You're getting the warning because one of your two cards is not at maximum level yet and is a Rare or higher quality card.NWGameDad

Re: MyNBA2K15 - FAQ
I did finally receive my cards...but they are tied to the wrong email account! I sent in a feedback ticket and was told that I was out of luck basically. Isn't there a way to transfer the cards from the wrong account to the right one?? I don't really want to lose over 1000 games of progress and have to start all over!
We can't transfer the cards for security reasons. We instructed people that they had to login with the same account from '14 to '15 to get their cards. In the case of people that logged in with a 2K Sports account only in '14, they had to login with the PSN/XBL account they used in NBA 2K14. We can't transfer the cards just because we don't know what is the "right" account or not. Or if someone is trying to take cards from a friend's/enemies' account. If you started a new account with '15 then we really can't help.NWGameDad

Re: MyNBA2K15 - FAQ
Hi,
I was wondering do we need a console copy of NBA 2k15 in order to login to our psn accounts to gain daily VCs?
When the app first came out, I was able to login to my PSN account to gain daily VC. Now I can't do that.
I don't own 2k15 on PS4 or PC. But I did own 2k14 on PS4.
It's weird because I was about to login to get daily VC when the app first launched.Comment

Yes, you need NBA 2K15 to login with PSN to gain VC for NBA 2K15.NWGameDad

Re: MyNBA2K15 - FAQ
Yes, that is correct. We're making a change with our first update to message people better about what is going on when you can't login. Bottom line, here are the login scenarios:
1. If you don't own NBA 2K15, but did play NBA 2K14 with PSN/XBL, then you can login with PSN/XBL, but this will get you access only to MyTeamMobile. You will not be able to access NBA2K15 side until you have started the console/PC game NBA 2K15.
2. If you don't own NBA 2K15 and didn't play NBA 2K14 with PSN/XBL, if you attempt to login with either of those then it will give you a "!" during login. You will have to select a different login option to get into the game.
3. If you logged into MyNBA2K14 with only a 2K Sports account, then you need to login with the same PSN/XBL account you used when playing NBA 2K14. This will get you in MyTeamMobile with the proper Loyalty Reward cards.
Confusing I know, but the switch over from a 2K Sports account in NBA 2K14, to not having one in NBA 2K15 complicated things significantly. Especially for our Loyalty Reward card system.NWGameDad

Re: MyNBA2K15 - FAQ
In 3 sentences you managed to write about anal sex, sexual fetishes and fellatio. I see a pattern. A pattern of you being sexually frustrated. Communication with your partner is the first step. I'm sure he'll listen.
Good luck.
Edit: Oh way to edit your comment. Now mine looks silly. Still relevant though.Comment

Now that 2k15 is here, I have logged in with my psn (same as last year) and also google. I have zero loyalty cards and have already played about 300 games against people that do.
is there any hope for me to receive my cards? I had like 1000 games in 2k14.
thanks.Comment
