    Re: Tracking your Counter Resets

    this might be a dumb question but here it goes-

    can you brake down board resets to QG won? ex. each reset is 10 w's..

    im in single leg tier.. anyone know what to expect there?

    thanks!

      A board "Clear" is when you hit the "rare+" card on the draft board and a new board of cards appear. This happens mathematically every 6.75 wins (12.5 picks). I'm currently running some statistics but CD seems to have done a very good job with actually randomizing, because as I approach a sufficient sample size, using the same draft pattern every time, I am remarkably close to this ideal.

      A board "Reset" is when you get the highest possible card. If your deck is Ultra Rare, then it's when you get an Ultra Rare card. Epic = Epic, Legendary = Legendary, Star = Star.

      Having the Level+ and Level++ reduces both the overall number of board clears needed for a "reset" as well as improves your odds of getting the various more rare types of cards in between Rare and whatever tier you are on.

      Each deck tier has a larger amount of board clears required (at maximum) before the game will decide you have gone long enough without a good reward and give you one. This thread is basically a data warehouse that has narrowed down what those maximum numbers are.

      Now ... if someone who knows would actually post the numbers for:

      UR:
      UR+:
      UR++:
      E:
      E+:
      E++:
      L:
      L+:
      L++:
      S:
      S+:
      S++:

      That would be super helpful for lots of people to have a handy table showing them the max number of board clears they will have to do. It's also encouraging that clears can come WAY earlier than expected. It's truly random, but CD programmers had the foresight to put a "just in case" limiter in place, which is actually rather thoughtful of them.

              I'm due for some early resets, right? RIGHT?!?

              Dropped from Star+ to Star for the RC and got a Harden (with 1 legend) on the 142nd board. Maybe posting this helped?

                Let's try.
                Last Reset in star was at almost 300 boards...Now I'm at almost 200 in star ++ and still nothing. Never had a fast reset. And I didn't draft a single legendary in the last 2 times I've been waiting for star resets...

                Hope it helps as well

                    I don't know how many boards I've cleared but I've played 5000 games at epic and epic+ and have pulled 6 epics not sure but that feels a little low. I got 3 epics during the RTTC

                      LEG ++ was around 150, so a reasonable guess without be:
                      LEG + 175
                      LEG 200

                            I feel like the only time that tracking these is worth it is during RC's but then you don't really have the time, haha.

                              Does getting your freebie hinder or help you during a reset? Like does your counter reset if u get your freebie or does uprgrading into a new teir actually help because u get the freebie and the new teir reset? wanting to know as im due a reset pretty soon and on the edge of joining legendry teir

                                Get your reset Epic and then go to Legendary. The "freebie" for first board clear will take the place of the reset.
