Re: Update 6 Release Notes - March 18th
they obviously will sell for more then 400 credits because of the minimum
I'd understand it more if there was no min price and you let us dictate the market then yeah sure a sure 400 credits is better
But this is just straight up bs, what a jokeComment

Re: Update 6 Release Notes - March 18th
There are some really cool features in the new update and I am excited for it to be live. But I do hope NW made a mistake with the season rewards. I'm hoping it would be 2 star cards and 400 credits, and then 2nd place would get 1 star. Nerfing from 3 to 1, is a real drag. Season are about the only thing I try to play anymore.Comment

Re: Update 6 Release Notes - March 18th
No idea, seems like a deliberate play for more pack sales, with the 400 credits being a weak justification for it - 'hai guys you get credits when ya win now, so y'know less cards for you.'Comment

How is the value of the cards speculative when you've set a minimum price on emthey obviously will sell for more then 400 credits because of the minimum

Re: Update 6 Release Notes - March 18th
I'm waiting to see exactly what the new season rewards structure is before passing judgment.
Speaking as someone in Legendary season tier who knows that Star players are advancing further & further past me every day, I can appreciate the thinking behind nerfing the rewards. In theory it can prolong the game.
But it kinds sounds like it's going to be much, much harder to get even a single copy of a card from your current tier in rewards. If that's the case, where even a Star winner only gets one Star card, then that's too much nerfing. That seems like it'll make seasons less fun overall, thereby creating the opposite effect: it won't prolong the game because the rewards will have dampened player enthusiasm to play the game in the first place.Comment

Re: Update 6 Release Notes - March 18th
Actually, they won't care one iota if a few 1000 stop playing, the games gets 10's of 1000's playing, especially during RC. No, what will hurt them is if a swathe of paying players stop paying. Y'know the top 6 RC players not buying Hot streaks would certainly send a message, those 6 must account for 1000's.Comment

Re: Update 6 Release Notes - March 18th
One thing I'd like to point out amid all the frustration boiling is that GameDad is primarily responsible in the engineering aspect of the game, so from the business side, he's not the one making the decisions.
So let's not place the blame on him, but really the business folks over at CD. To the business folks over there, I give you the bird and hope CashDaddy goes bankrupt. Constantly ignoring consumer feedback is definitely best for business. Good job guys.Comment

Re: Update 6 Release Notes - March 18th
Disclaimer: I've spent no more than $25 on the game and have grinded to having all pros in my legendary season. I don't own the console game, so I guess I am a "free" user.
So I suppose I'll be in the minority who says that I am ok with updates.
Much more that ok with it, I'm happy with it!
Personally, I use this game to waste time and have an app that rewards me for grinding. It's not a reward for me if I get those rewards quickly.
I actually find it odd that there are so many users that want to upgrade their cards so quickly. To those users I ask, what do you do when you've maxed out your line up with pros? How is the game useful or fun to you when you have nothing else to work for?
I don't know, maybe I would be upset if I spent more than $30 on the game for credits and whatnot but I think this update increases the game's longevity for players like me and I'm happy with it.
Good stuff CD, you have some supporters.Comment

Re: Update 6 Release Notes - March 18th
Correct but NW said a star and 400 credits. So we're hoping he just made a mistake and meant 2 stars and 400 credits.IGN: Exile
