Re: RTTC Discussion
I saw someone just post only your 10 best cards matter? Just win the doubles?
I like my lineup. Seems legit, but I see everyone getting LBJ. Just wondering how? and I've been browsing the RC thread. To get into the top 100, you really have to play all those games?
This is my lineup, what should I do different to make it easy for RC and RttC. I just started playing as my record is 734 and 131.

Re: RTTC Discussion
the Smartforce (thank you kind sir!) strategy:
put all of your star pros in one column, then all your leg pros in another column. then use those 2 cards to win the doubles matchups. it doesnt matter what you put in the other 3 columns... as long as you win the double matchups for all 4 quarters, you win the game.
you may not be able to use this in the next RttC, as CatDaddy has mentioned that they will be nerfing this in the next update coming out soon.IGN for My2k17: vince217

The only problem is, it might get nerfed the next time around

Re: RTTC Discussion
I did it with three star pros as mentioned above by putting them in one column and filled out the other 2 columns next to it with leg pros, an RC star and and a couple star singles. The last 2 columns I filled up with Commons, this allows you to play weaker cpu opponents, even to the point that if you get a double late in the qtr you can still win with 2 Leg pros. I occasionally lost 1 out of every 5/6 games but I was still able to grind +4s with Hotstreaks and a few extra game nights.
The only problem is, it might get nerfed the next time around

Re: RTTC Discussion
I know that +2 are partly trained trash, +5 more trained and +7 pretty super charged.
I still haven't seen that this changes based on your team. The comms where NWGamedad communicated this said we were playing the same team / cards regardless of our deck strength.IGN: nzjase

Re: RTTC Discussion
What I mean is you get the bulk of the same cards each time so you could easily write down each players lvl with commons bench then do the same with a full strength bench?IGN: nzjase

Re: RTTC Discussion
No not to that extent but just from the mere fact that my win percentage went up drastically playing +2s was proof enough for me. I'll see if I can pull up any more evidence that can support this. I wasn't sold at first but it worked for me.Comment

Re: RTTC Discussion
Also @Souf sia 4 lia I read that thread and agree that the consensus is that commons impact the level of training at those upper levels.
I will definitely be testing it out next RttC with the method I described earlier and will post what I find.IGN: nzjase

Re: RTTC Discussion
I actually wrote down the cards that were appearing in +2 Star games for KD cause some of them caused me some problems (my strongest cards are leg pros) so I would count them down as the games were progressing. I don't have the list on me right now but I remember there were 2 RC cards (from the upcoming event), 10-12 Star Singles/Pros, All Star Leg pros, PnP leg pros...and none of them were fully trained. Didn't try out the common strategy cause my old epic pros actually saved me a couple of times when I would lose a x2 play. However, I recall reading about it somewhere that commons don't make a difference.AH deals with: Cameren, rsunl, han320, NoGameNoLife, jimbarca, Stef_Le_Preux, ReOsIr, RogerSanchez, Onli1joker, Starsky, tonileung, phamtaztik, haleim, lemonyarmadillo, Yonder, king Leonidis, jsilv11, 5ko5, mainiak, kmudie91, Mauriclutch, rengeektx, Daniel83, muc.zephyr, CedricFP, DansHaagen, Pdog33Comment

Re: RTTC Discussion
Relatively new here. Was just wondering when does the pre-game for the week's RttC usually get revealed? Haven't heard anything about this upcoming's RttC yet.Last edited by Dudok; 05-14-2015, 02:08 AM.Tier: Playoff+
