Was thinking about Lebron - but realistically it would help me only a few days. It would be a cheap price for him, but I Guess it makes more sense to store the credits

Not bad at all for KG and KD

At my current rate, I'm about 6 hours away from losing my way to lebron. Luckily I have a lot of work to do at my desk, so blindly clicking away on my tablet is easy since I don't have to worry about winning, unlike RC.

this rttc mode is ridiculous. I'm at epic+ tier and it seems like I won't get KG which is nonsense because I could get Granger just going for 7 points all the time, now I'm lucky if I make it even in a game for 2 points. the most annoying part is my best cards usually get stuck between the 5 non playable cards and I lose by 8 to 4 points.
but CD can't say they won't let anybody have any good cards... you can get LeBron if you lose 200+ games when you get there/lose 200 games to get KD and so on. I don't know what's the point of this mode if they make it this difficult.

This! I'm on Epic+ (about 80% towards Epic++) and to get Granger it was just tapping the screen and no challenge at all winning almost every 7 point game. Then I got to KG and even the 2 point games (which are supposed to have Epic+ opposing teams) I can only win 1 in 4... No fun at all.

I guess I didn't invent the wheel or anything but I read earlier posts in this topic and saw a good strategy to put the 5 best cards in the same position. works totally fine for me. just in time. I still have 9 hot streaks (0 credits left but I'm kinda lucky to pass 10k games this Thursday, bought a Darryl Dawkins card to make it a pro and the rest went to hot streaks for KD. I guess I made the best out of 1200 credits) and am at 140/196 to KG.

Only your 10 best cards counts - the rest could be commons. It really doesn´t matter ...

I feel you guys as I'm in the similar position, only in Leg+ tier going for KD. The thing is; you have to be realistic and work on your roster for next Rttc. I was in the same tier as you (Epic+) in the first Rttc, couldn't get to a leg (Malone at the time). Worked on my roster and the next Rttc I got a leg (Melo) but couldn't touch Lewis (star). Now I'm losing/barely winning 2+ games for Durantula. My point is: your roster will get better for the next Rttc if you're willing to grind for it or just buy hot streaks/game nights and lose your way to a wanted card. I know, struggle is real but if you keep grinding, things will turn out for the better. Go hard or go home lol. Good luck, bosses.

Grinded out at Leg+ and got KD with 3 hours to go! It was a 50/50 on +2

Finally, lost my way to Lebron, took longer than expected and it was tedious as hell. With about 1 1/2 hours to spare. Should be easier next time around I hope.

Also, finally got around to using a bunch of my stored picks and got my Star reset a few minutes after.

Is he good or just another offensive heavy guy?

My lineup was:

5x partly trained star pros
5x fully trained leg pros
Rest irrelevant

I got KG on +7 and Durant on a mix of +2/+5 and Lebron on +2 with about an 85% win rate.

If pro lebron appeared in a double quarter I lost the match otherwise I won.

FYI I hotstreaked the whole event (miles cheaper than buying game nights, especially at +7) but with the above points scoring you only need the one big 600 credit bundle then a number of 100 credit 12 match bundles. The rest I spent on game nights on Lebron to make sure I won him.

All up spent a little under 1,500. Lebron will make it into my season team for a while but I feel it was credits well spent. LOVING the durant too

Enjoyed this RttC a lot and didn't even play Saturday or half of Sunday.

Needed 5 points with just under 4 minutes left - could only beat +2's. Got into the second game for the win but I guess once the event timer hits 0 you cannot earn any more points regardless if you already started the game or not :'(
And I spent 450 credits in boosts certain I was gonna get him
I might uninstall lol fml
