Personally, outside of the Season Rewards and the new AH Bins, I like the update. The new game mode should hopefully provide a bit of variety, I love UR and Epic enhancements, and the AH was released for good, allowing us to sell those cards we don't care about anymore.
However, I believe the season reward system is completely wrong. It's one thing to screw up the rewards for the top dawgs in star seasons who can get three each season, but it's another to ruin it for everyone else.
Kids in UR seasons I'm sure aren't too happy to have their epic and UR reward become an epic and what, 50 credits? Great they can list two cards on the AH! The change was much to drastic, as we went from great rewards to absolute crap. The fact that NW actually believes 400 credits is a great return for 2 star cards frightens me, but that's besides the point. Overall, the biggest downside of this update is the season rewards. Maybe you make the rewards 2 stars are 200 credits? I don't know, I just know that the current set-up is, in my opinion, built to fail.
My second issue is the AH buy-nows. I like that the minimums went down, but the buy-now option went through the roof. That isn't so much a problem but now there can be 0 communication when buying something. No-one wants to pay 10k for one star card (Maybe after my 25 season wins I will), so any kind of deals between forum members or friends or anyone will not work because it will come down to the minimum price bidding, where you will eventually be outbid in the last 10 seconds. Idk if it is now but in the beta, a friend of mine put the last bid in with 3 seconds, ans still lost the card. If it still is like that then a lot of ranting and hate will come from it.
What are your thoughts on the update? NW said that if over the days (and maybe weeks) if people still voice their displeasure with specific features they can adjust or revert it, so your opinion MATTERS!
