You are a liar and a cheat. I bought hotstreaks, believing the RttC would be similar to last time. Without telling us, you made it far more difficult.

You tell us how we should build our decks and take pleasure in new, cool cards; well, I did. I played PO seasons to get HoF cards as they would help me come RttC, knowing I couldn't win PO seasons. I trained or sold my single stars to improve my deck (more star pros won't help my seasons or RttC). I saved credits to ensure I had enough for hotstreaks.

I was looking forward to winning a majority of +2 games to the greats, so I could cruise and enjoy Father's Day.

Then you pulled the rug out from under me by completely screwing up the one part of this game that revitalized my interest in it.

I won't ever be spending money again on your products. I'll play, but I won't grind. Everything you've said about how this game works is proven a lie by your actions. No point in seasons, I can't win PO, stars don't help me, and 1000 credits don't matter because they would have gone to HS for RttC and RC, but I can't get anything from those events worth my time.

I'm with you. I want my 600 credits back that I spent on hot streaks when I had almost completed Kemp. I was able to get Magic last time by winning about 3/5 games. Now I don't have a chance to win even one. A warning or something would have been nice. This game...

How is your purchase of a hot streak exactly his fault. I don't blame them for making it more difficult because everyone has diluted the system. It would be asinine to create another tier for you all to beat then sell in the auction house and you buying hot streaks is YOUR decision. It isn't mandated by the game. Well, i can understand why he is upset. I was also thinking that this will be the time I will go for POTG, as last time I was able to win like 6/7 +2 on the PO and even had a win on the +5 when I tried it few times. My deck is way stronger now than it was 2 weeks ago.

This time tho, I'm winning like 3/5 +2 on the PO. I can understand the increase of difficulty somehow, but atleast announce it. (Also, I really think they made it way too hard)
It kind of kills the idea of improving your deck. What is there to improve if it doesn't even help me get through the next rttc but actually I'm struggling more than ever.
Also I don't know how fast you're thinking people improve their decks ? I mean so far I've got 1 PO after my freebie since the update, I do have to admit that I have not grinded mindlessly but yea, I have played a bit almost daily anyways, kept restoring energy for seasons twice a day and so forth.
With AH being pretty much dead, I don't see how I am supposed to improve my deck to ever be able to compete for potg for example, if I would now need 7-8 PO pro's to be consistently able to win +2's on him. During these what, 3 months? That PO cards have been out, I've been able to score 1 dupe. Part of that is because I thought that getting myself some star pro's would be great for the RttC for example, which now has been nullified as star pro's do nothing.

It actually don't matter - they are not interested in customer feedback. They have proven this several times, and they will nerf thing as long as enough customer pay for it.
And to be honest, this and the other community are just a small percentage of the total amount of players.

And even if they give you an answer, it is always the same.
"It was not designed this way"
"You don't have the data, but we have and everything is fine"
"We want that you improve your deck, and there are tons of possibilities"

But the truth looks totally different - but as long as they don't see massive drops in their income, they won't change anything.
Actually they killed the last game mode, which was some kind of fun.

It is always depending on your point of view, but every game mode is now useless for me.
Seasons? Horrible matchmaking, doesn't matter how active you are, there are always a few trucks and you only get HoF cards (they don´t help you @all - the chance of proing them is somewhere close to 0)
Quick Games? Congratulation, even in Playoff++ you have to play something around 2000 games to get one stupid playoff card.
Rivals Clash? Those singles are useless, and I actually have a life and don't want to spend the whole weekend grinding.
RTTC? It was fun before, now they nerfed it too. I actually don't have the motivation in grinding for Kemp. He will be useless, as he won't improve my deck for the next time.
Auction House? Is dead - so why should I even try selling stuff. I could sell training fodder, but why should I bother if I get one playoff card more or less? It doesn't help me at this point.

What else? The community is actually the only reason why I still think about if I should quit or not.

Dex, you're right. I know the customer feedback is useless, I was just hoping to express to Danan that he personally has gone, in my mind, from simple corporate shill to a person of no integrity at all. He is, and will continue to be a liar. A simple apology would fix it, for me, but at this point, I doubt he has it in him.

It amazes me how low we have fallen when personal honor and integrity are so devalued so much that a man is comfortable exposing his lack of such qualities so publicly. Oh well, I'm sure he is paid well, so what does he need with honor and integrity?

Take it as a good lesson and don't make the same mistake next year.

To build a great deck either spend RIDICULOUS amounts of cash or RIDICULOUS amounts of time mind numbing grinding.

Or just play casually and settle for a decent deck with no chance to win seasons. That's just how it is and it is not going to change.

You know, in a sense, I do agree with the OP.

If CD are going to make changes to the difficulty, whether buffs or nerfs, I think the community as a whole would appreciate an announcement or changelog.

Heck, you don't even have to say if you made enemies stronger or weaker; just say you adjusted difficulty.

This would at least allow people the chance to test the waters first, in terms of playing an un-hotstreaked game, before committing to buying hotstreaks.

As it stands, I think it smells a little bad that you up the difficulty without announcing it, knowing that players are expecting a certain difficulty level.

I dont think anyone was tricked into buying hotstreaks... The big pack is 75 HS, and if someone buys them at the start of RttC, they end before he reaches PO tier.

Also a lot of the fast players had already commented that PO tier was harder than last times.

Honestly i dont really see how someone would be fooled into buying HS.

I understand the anger you guys feel, but this is only a game. You saw the skill was upped why keep playing that level and then buying HS/GN to go along with it. Now coming here bashing people when no one forced you to spend money is totally overboard.
