Being a free player I actually love that addition, sadly I think the only way is exhausting your allotted amount of watches for the day. And just so you know there are not all that many.

I have never had it run out, and have missed clicked on it quite a bit. Afraid of it during RC

lol if there was any better evidence that I am way too invested in this game, it was mising out on Kobe RTTC by 100 points. It pissed me off. Network errors, waiting for networks, and losing games based off bad matchups.

I think this is when I walk away. I'm bored and I'm done. Maybe a part of it is me being pissed off I planned my time so poorly, but I work weekends and keeping up with RTTC is just too difficult and tiring.

I've been considering quitting for a while, and I think this is the final push I needed.

Quitting; the only other types of games people talk about 'quitting' are MMOs, which fit every criteria for addiction.

I feel you. With the time constrants put, it not the deck you need. It to neglect life. I tried RTTC again, and got the first PO Kobe. But couldn't go further. Because I wasn't going to neglect the little things in family life that come up. Last years setup was better IMO.

Sorry for your missing it that close. Gotta sting. I cut my losses knowing I could make the 2nd Kobe PO going +10. But would have to be absent from Family the entire day. So i chose to not go for it

These events aren't made for people with jobs and families. I know I will never get any event cards lol

I really think they may have increased the chances of drafting WC because I got more this weekend then I have in the past 3 months altogether.

I'm not sure exactly how many games I played this weekend but I made it to through the first PO Kobe with no extra RP spent @ +7, would have to do the math but that's 8 picks for every one of those. about 15 BTC, let's say an average of 2nd place, so that's 72 picks for each of those. And finally 300-350 QGs, 2 picks for those.

I got no WC and no PO reset. I did however get about 10 level up cards, and 5 Star cards.

So basically to those of you getting WC and PO resets at a surprisingly high rate, there is always someone at the opposite end of the spectrum.

So i finished an RTTC for the first time ever this year. I can't believe how difficult it is to do even with spending money.

I'm like most of you, with a family and job. I missed only a minimal amount of free gn until sunday where I had to take 4 hours off for church/family stuff, stayed up super late till 2-3 in the morning every night, set alarms, and still had to spend $25. I finished about 3 hours before it was over. I plus +14'd every card except the final RTTC card, where I had to do +10 (lost about 5 times on that too).

I used to think, "hey you spend some money and you can finish the event comfortably". Wrong, you have spend A LOT of money and you can finish comfortably. I love Kobe and the Lakers, and it was PO tier instead of star or leg, so that's why i did it this time, but my wife and child are going to kill me if I try to pull another RTTC later. I can't believe how all-consuming it became for those 4 days.

I'm never doing that again (unless they are giving out RS cards or something in an RTTC), it was a nightmare to get through.

The trade off for me is I now can't get spec upgrades to save my life. It's like the game knows what I want and gives me something else. Pretty much. RTTC is not as bad but RC I don't even think about getting the event card. I just don't have the time and even if I did I don't think I would try to get the RC cards.

PO prices keep falling and falling, of course with more and more cards being pulled/hype dying down a bit. I've seen coveted PO cards go for as little as 120k and PO Pros for as little as 145k.

Any one else still holding off like me? I'm hoping for them to fall off a little more so I can afford three. I'm still in ST tier, so no PO freebie for me yet (would be a dream to draft a Mavs player to help complete my LU). When did you guys bite the bullet? I'm tempted to say f*ck it and just go for it now lol.

PO prices keep falling and falling, of course with more and more cards being pulled/hype dying down a bit. I've seen coveted PO cards go for as little as 120k and PO Pros for as little as 145k.

I had about 250k when PO tier went live. I bought 2 55k packs and got a PO card on my 2nd pack. After that I got my freebie. I got lucky that I hit on a pack because I had no intentions of buying a PO card from AH

That's crazy. I thought this guy in my season was bad with 6 PO pros. I guess you can't get mad at people who spend their money and get lucky.

There was a screenshot before where the guy had like 5 or 6 RS pros on the first day. Now he spent a ton of cash

I did it with 2 star pros and 3 leg pro's (3 event one's) and some charged stats
