Wasn't a dunk contest thing of beauty, but a soft, wimpy Magloire dunk.
To add to that, 2K1 had between the legs dunks also. So let's not act like 2K is above criticism.

I'm still excited for the game. Even more so since it seems it will go beyond expectations. My main hope now is that they fixed the horrible camera from last years, that's why I only played the demo.

You're act is getting old man. At least 3 consecutive years of you doing this...and don't ask me doing what.

What's next, you'll find a screenshot of a splinter sticking up out of the court at MSG?

        Give it up already.

I'm intrigued by the in the zone thing as well...as long as it doesn't go too overboard. Have we seen ridiculous dunks in actual games? Yes. Ricky Davis, TMac, J-Rich, etc have all done something just flat out sick in actual games before.

One thing that I would love to see would be a player who is hot just start a fastbreak and pull up for a 3 (think TMac vs. San Antonio). That would completely blow my mind.

Live on the PC did that last year. It happened to me last game. I just marked out like crazy when it happened too. VC was hot, scored 11 in the first 8 minutes of play, and pulled up for a 3 on a 3 on 1 fast break, and hit nothing but the bottom of the net. It was so smooth looking.

Couldnt agree more bigeast, and about the pull up from 3, pretty much a heat check, man how I'd love to see that. I remember how the Bulls did that alot during their dominant years. Tmac does it, but man would I love for the computer to do it to me at times.

I agree 100%. No matter how hard EA works each year everyone is always complaining. I am very excited about 07 and will be getting it over 2k7 this year. EA is really bringing this year. Also, someone else mentioned ealier about 2k7's courts looking more realistic. Well if you think that 2k's courts look better you didn't see the Kings/Wolves video on gametrailers. The court looked very unrealistic. Can't wait for the 26th!

                  That's what I'm talking about...a heat check.

                  Maybe's it's one of their 73 ratings.

I can crticize and talk about the game, just like anyone can do with 2k games.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

Thats not the point. You bitch about EVERYTHING EA does. If you don't like
EA games, which it's clear you don't and probably never will, then leave. You also try and argue with anyone about anything until you have the last word. Well we all know that doesn't make you a man. So maybe you should grow up.

I didn't know this was a comparison thread. Why must you rain on the parade. We get it, you don't like Live. I think your energy would be better spent on the 2K board.

The player models are better in 2k but it doesn't make it a better game this year.
