The 70 + ratings are the only positive I see so far. Hopefully PM's can do his work. I will be watching from afar....

Re: Ratings are up on IGN
I agree, but also we don't know how the game plays yet with these ratings. There are so many ratings that in fact maybe these guys do play like their counterparts, or close to it. We just have to wait and see really. I'm not a fan of knocking the ratings, especially when there is a ton and it is the first time we have seen 'em, until we have tried them. It's not like it's a basic rating system with offense, defense, ovr. That we cna critique because it is very basic but with the 70+ rating system, I will wait and see.
Dwight Howard - 85 dribble (best ball handler on the team)
Jameer Nelson - 72 dribble
There had to be some mistake in copying the ratings.Comment

Re: Ratings are up on IGN
WOW.
we need an explanation on what these attributes really mean and how they affect gameplay as i just checked most star bigs and have found that in most cases if not all, they have better "dribbling" than their pgs.
brand is rated 83 in dribbling., cassell is 68!!!
in fact brand is better than francis, marbury and kidd. just to name a few.
now that is truly insane. even if they are given exxagerated stats to get more touches or be more affective etc... it is still wrong.
that means, u can make these guys the primary ball handlers on their teams in a halfcourt setting and they will be more affective than their pgs.
wrong.
check it out.
nearly every star big or talented big, from okur to webber to kg to brand etc. all have better handles than most their pg counterparts.
duncan [86]has better handles than parker. [81]
this is terrible.Comment

Re: Ratings are up on IGN
now i know there are other factors to consider like speed and ball carrying speed which will make the pgs more affective but still....
maybe the dribbling rating is positional proportioned.
ie: the star bigs have great handles but as they are bigger and slower their affectiveness is more limited. this is true in reality so maybe thats the scale that is used in live07. i know it looks really bad but if we take in within context.....it may work. i personally think its over exxagerated as marbury and francis for example have world class dribbling skills and should never be lower than the duncans and brands. so its still totally crazy but star bigs do have good handles. just not that bloody good.Comment

They might be factoring in turnovers Nogster.
PG's are more likely to have more tunovers per game than most star Big Men because the Big's aren't handling the ball as often vs traps, presses and Zone's. THey normally take like 2-3 dribbles and then make their move. I'm sure in the open court you won't see these guy's handling the ball with that much success. I can also gurantee you won't see the CPU controlling these guy's and having them dribble from end to end.NCAA FOOTBALL 14 ALUMNI LEGENDS CPU vs CPU DYNASTY THREAD
