LOL thats the same way i felt, but the truth is hard to swallow for
some, and as a diehard Live fan as i was, its hard to let the game go but 2K blows it out the water and the more i learn isomotion, the better it gets. Anyone who says Live is fun must be off there meds. (no offense to anyone).

The most overused statement by fanboys is EA is building for Next year.
Screw that what about how they screwed there fans this year.

i got $26 for my live

and last year. How many years of building up does it take to get the game right.

I'm still deciding what NBA game to keep As I currently own both Live 07 and 2K7. i'm seriously considering selling 2K7 because this game is a carbon-copy of 2K6 (with some BS "signature shots" addition).

I have been playing Live 07 for more than a week now and everytime I switch over to 2K7....I immediately go back to Live. 2K7 gets old and boring very quickly. It's a damn shame that 2K packages a Current-Gen game and tries to con it off as a 360 game (YES I have a HDTV but the graphics still suck donkey balls).

I like the fact that I CONTROL the players in Live 07 instead of having the CPU make the shot/pass/dunk/lay-up decision for me. Also Freestyle is 10x better than Isomotion. Sure Live 07 has its falws, but so does 2K7. I can't tell you how many times the game froze up on me with an "unreadable disc" message while playing 2K7. The same garbage that happened with 2K6 last year.

I LOVE the direction that EA Sports is taking with NBA Live. While 2K is content on porting the same crap year in and year out.....EA is starting from scratch and in due time will maximize the full potential of the 360 game console.

I dont' know how anyone can pass on playing 2K7, after playing this piece of poop. The AI is horrendous at times. Whoever was working on the AI should be fired and replaced.

Well I can because the games are actually close and Robert "Tractor" Traylor isn't out running JRich on a fastbreak to take away his open dunk and force a contested jump shot.

that right there is another thing thats keeping me from buying 2k7...that fastbreak problem is a huge problem to me. I dont own 2k7 but like I said when I first got here...my boy has it and even hes pissed off right now at some of the crap with that game. At first it looked like we had two good games but now the more I spend time with both...I get more upset. I just tried to play a game of Live online and I couldnt believe how sluggish it is..the game was so choppy there wasnt any reason to keep playin. I'll tell you one thing its wack when you get 24 to 26 dollars for a 60 dollar game(I payed 60 at Gamespot) it makes you want to keep it becaue of the loss of money. The one thing that would really help EA's rep right now is to work on a patch..before the NBA season starts to fix all these problems in the game. They can start with something simple like the camera following the ball..which doesnt bother me but I would be thowin smoke screens if I said I wouldnt want my screen to sit still when I shoot.

both games have problems, but the list for Live is much longer.....and Isomotion has better moves and looks better than Freestyle

I know it's a matter of opinion but anyone that thinks Live is better than 2K is on crack...plain and simple.

As for the fast break, the only issue is for cheesers that love to run up and down for 48 minutes football passing, alley ooping and dunking all game long, while fullcourt pressing and swiping at the ball everytime down court. The makers put that bigman catchup code in on purpose to stop the nonsense up court football passing sprinting and dunking that was happening on 2K5 all too often.

So now you're the president of the 2K fan boys? Why can't people like live better and not be on crack (one of the most overused statements out there)? To be honest, I don't know which game I like better. I get similar stats with each game, they both have their issues, and both are pretty good to look at.

You know, everyone is screaming about not competition in football and baseball games...We have it here and we have the my game rules, yours sucks. It seems nobody wants competition...they want their game.

O man i cant believe you people say this about live i own both the games and live is so much better its unbelivable. I cant believe uw ould even compare the two. Just cuz 2k7 has player personality's and such doesnt make it better the graphics are weak and the gameplay is horrible also... and you guys actually like the dunking and stealings animations in that game. Live is way more realistic unlike 2k7 where it deff looks like a video game. by i guess that my opinion

your statement has nothing to do with opinion becaue you wouldnt use that "on crack" line. Im tired of people tryin to tell me what I want to play.

Big men dont run down allen iverson and force him to shoot an 18 foot jumper on a fastbreak. Does that make sense to you? The 2k people always talk about realness but is that real? hell naw.

Graphics??? are you askin about graphics? this is pretty much not an opinion..its more a fact than anything..these player models on 2k7 are polished current gen models. They added the overdone jersey movements and sweat to the same models. maybe they worked on a couple faces here and there but they still look bad. The white guys look rediculous. White dudes should call 2k7 racist...LOL(just a joke) most 2k7 people understand the graphics thing. Its about he Gameplay thats what ive read. Maybe your trying mix animation with looks..you gotta seperate the two.

Please show a comparison that shows live looking better. Live does not look that great.
