Guys use their quicks out of the triple threat, but rarely do they get the first step all the way into the lane for an easy jam unless it is face up in the post. While what you say happens all the time I would say doesn't happen that often in the half court with the same quick players able to provide help defense.

Game winner w\ B B B B Billups! against the Lakers....102-101 great game...I didnt see an option to upload a video for the replay though

I should have won by more, but the Lakers had a TON of rebound and put back dunks....and 15 blocks...teamate AI was WACK under the basket...

Already playing my Dynasty and I'm really loving this game more and more. I learned on Superstar you have to play incredible defense, and even if you have a lead, the cpu will preserve defensive lock downs to stop from getting fatigue. Then in later quarters they will push for a run to regain the lead and to beat you.

Game is nice as hell, I do see a few issues with what people say about defense, but honestly you just have to learn how it works and really bump up on some players to alter some of their shots and make them miss.

Did you make some tweaks to any sliders? And we know dynasty stats and trades at this point are not ultra-realistic, but are you getting acceptable game outcomes, stats and trades so far?

Agree with you 100%. Once you figure out how to play defense, the game gets better. Peace

The only slider tweak I made is knocking the speed slider down 5 notches. And that's it! Play it on 9 min quarters and you'll get realistic stats.

When I get home from work tonight I'll post some photos of stats and things like that! For now though peace. Also I will post new videos this Monday to show, how to play defense!

I'm playing Dynasty with LA on All-Star and so far (6 games) the sim stats seem quite realistic, at least for ppg: James and Wade on top together with (my) Kobe. All are around 30 ppg. I know it's still early to say after 6 games, but to be honest, the stats are rather high in my Dynasty. I've seen people around here talking about low ppg and rebounds averages but that doesn't seem the case so far with me. Haven't seen crazy trades as I'm still early in the season.

Well what i've understood from my readings, the stats and trades in dynasty are kinda unpredictable from one to another, and i see yours going pretty on point hopefully it'll end like that for you.

Yeah same here; but i kinda got better with selecting the rebounder myself and boxing out with the selected players i kinda feel i'm improved in this aspect although not much i need some tips,too.

yeah i like playing with the pg on d....so any tips on how to put my teamates in a better position to rebound would be appreciated...i hate playing good d and have this happen repeatedlry..

User control the rebounds, hold right trigger and move the right analog into the direction of the basketball and tap Y or Triangle on PS3...

Fight for the rebounds, nothing is automatic anymore you really have to do things yourself. I've knocked dudes around in the paint and ripped down some nasty rebounds.

Might be my biggest problem with this game. I have a video i'm particularly fond of that i'll upload when EA servers let me.

The ultimate solution is that you have to really try to manually rebound but even then sometimes the animations fail you. My personal favorites are when guys get their own rebound twice while the my player just reaches out for the board instead of jumping (or goes for a block after the ball has bounced off the rim).

Wouww i didn't know that holding the right trigger and moving the right analog thing at all, i will try that for sure, i was just selecting the rebounder and making the contact just by bodying up; thanks a lot i'll try that one.
