I've been playing around with various settings for Agility and Vertical, and have settled on -35 for Agility and -30 for Verticals. I felt at -40 Agility the players were a little too sluggish (despite animating beautifully). At -30 Vertical I still get the occasional outside block from players like Lebron, but am getting guys like Pierce to dunk on the break (at -40 I couldn't consistently get dunks from low vert players).

Big thanks to Tomba and Playmeakers for making me go down this path of player edits. Took a good - if twitchy - game and made it smooth and better.

I finally tried this and to be honest I barely noticed a difference.
