I'll agree with you about the player models though. I think Live has always certainly had the deepest lineup of closely resembling faces. 2k3 had too many bench players that looked totally generic, and even stars like Nowitzki were not quite done right. Don't know as much about ID but I think the superstars faces look better in Live than that game. However, faces looked better before in the Live series when they didn't look as much like bug-eyed cartoons.
The body models certainly looked better in Live than 2k3 to me.

Man are you on some gateway drug or just doing drugs while on your gateway?!?!? Are you high when you play Live?? Live has the most genric faces of all sports games!! It has gotten better, but it still the worst. Have you even owned 2K3?? They had the deepest detailed faces of all the sporta games last year. Zach Randolph looked exactly like himself on 2K, while on Live he looked liked Kermit the Frog with a Headband!! Please Please layoff the drugs son, they are not good for you.

ZIGGY...I know where your coming from, but you should read back Sonics comments. He said the deepest...not the best. Besides that, he's a good poster who I am guessing is older than you...so the 'son' comment is out of line for starters.

2K3's most detailed players were light years ahead of Lives...but they dropped off MASSIVELY pretty quickly.

Not just the faces, but all the small details...heck, in 2K3 guys like Kenyon Martin and Marcus Fizer had ZERO tats etc.

2K3 really dropped the ball on a tonne of players faces + details.

It's best ones, AI + Wallace + Mutumbo etc were just amazing...perfect...but man does it drop off.

Live also had tonnes wrong...but at least the minor details seemed corrrect.

Apparently 2K4 has 'face mapped' all players?? So, theoretically speaking, they should all be correct?
