    Trading for Draft Picks

Has anyone else noticed that it's nigh impossible? I'd say 95% of the time the computer "isn't interested in trades involving draft picks." Anyone else noticed this? Figured it out? Why would they include this feature then make it completely f'n ridiculously hard...

    My thoughts are..

Maybe it was done intentionall so that the user can't screw over the CPU like in other games by just trading a bunch of draft picks for a superstar..

If this is the case, I see it as being a positive thing.

You could offer the Sacramento Kings Kobe Bryant for Doug Christie and the last pick in the first round. The response you get is "Sacramento is not interested in trades involving draft picks." Does that sound right to you?

Yes it does sound right seeing that it is illogical to begin with. Kobe Bryant is the highest rated player in the game and Christie is probably a 55-59 rated player.

The trade doesn't make sense to begin with regardless if you were giving up Kobe or asking for him.

What??? You obviously do NOT have this game...

I'm talking about YOU offering to give THEM Kobe for Doug Christie and a pick and them refusing because they're not interested in trades involving draft picks. That's great trade logic to you?

I just offered the Milwaukee Bucks my 1st round pick straight up for their 2nd round pick. They refused. That's GOOD to you? It's a feature that was advertised that isn't included...you basically can't trade for draft picks.
